Off-topic Tag Issue:PNF experience ! How can I challenge or get an explanation

Recently some of my posts in the forum got the 'Off-Topic' tag and got deleted which were normally part of the discussion at first and got about 20-25 replies. But after a day the moderator suddenly deleted the new post along with some other old posts as "Off-Topic" from the forum.  I'm a bit disappointed by this, as 2-4 of the posts here were related to the main thread and active enough for discussion. I got notifications and PM from the forum, but deleted it in anger, so don't know the exact reason. Now I realize that doing this was not right and I realize my mistake. But here I have something to say and that is -
1. Why is a post considered off-topic even if it is correct at first?
 2. And if that is happened how to overcome from there?
 3. Why do moderators take action after someone reports, but not before?
 4. If a post receives an "Off-Topic" tag, how can it be challenged or clarified?
Special Note: I have not made this post for any purpose, it is purely out of my curiosity.

If you do think that your post moved to off-Topic by mistake you can simply Pm to Moderator and ask him to review it. If you did posted a topic which is no relevant to that board usually will move to Off topic.

You can follow these to not getting your post in off topic.

1. Avoid un necessary topic
2. Make sure your Topic Titile is relevant to your post.
3. Try to provide more context to justify that your post is belong to that board.
4. Try to user proper format, no broken code , proper hints, Random images or images larger than your thread.
5. Make your post user friendly so that everyone can read it smoothly.
6. Lastly re arrange everything, make your thread more lively.

Because for the most part, Moderators do not look at posts until someone reports it. They let the community decide 1st if action is needed. Once a post is flagged they look at the flag for the reason and the post to see if the flag is appropriate, only then do they act on the flag (mark as bad, keep for future reference (no action), or act on the post.

When one of your post or more deleted by the forum moderator then you will get a default reply. Your post would really off topic or deleted due to AI generated content which must have a clear evidence. On the other hand, mods doesn't have enough time to check each forum members post history. So whenever they see any reports then they handle accordingly. Usually they won't take action before make a report unless they notice themselves.

From your profile feedback I noticed you are using AI to create posts here. So it's normal that your posts will be deleted. So you can comeout from this kind of issue by changing your posting behaviour. You must learn to create unique posts without help of AI. Make more organic post around forum. Mods aren't your enemy to delete your posts, they are too busy.

The reason your post were moved to the off-topic is as a result of low quality efforts or you didn't post what they could characterized as either bitcoin or cryptocurrency, and if that same post doesn't even related to development, technical issues it's assume they would moved them to the off-topic post. Sometimes they classified it as spam post were you keep repeating same question over the time just to get an answer from people, most times that post could relate to copy and paste post.
Next while posting you should also try reading other people's post before making reply or creating new topics.

Let me tell you something you may not know, if you are given the mantle to judge yourself, you must surely have a dialogue to give justice to yourself even at your guilts. So in other words, a wrong doer would never know what they are doing is wrong not until it results to when the deeds is being justified.
So here Op, what happened in those posts was that the moderators attention was not called during when the posts were trending so at the awareness of the moderator was when justice was served by deleting posts not in lign with the topic of discussion or topic seemed off from the section board where it was posted.
So the poster (s) will never admit the post was off from the topic or board but the moderator will always find that out that which is off and do justice to it in just matter of time.

If there are enough reports, moderators will do their jobs and move topics to trash can or off-topic, case by case basis.

You can feel that you are unlucky but let's say using AI to farm your posts, fish merits is not encouraged by forum rules and community. By rules, it's kind of plagiarism too and you actually need to feel very lucky that your account has not been banned yet.

I understand what you are doing and I forgot the technical name in philosophy but in real life it is called witchcraft. You are wrong in something and instead of going down alone, you are looking for people to go down with you.  The post you even accused of using AI did not use AI, mere reading the post will show that it was a natural post that captured the opinion and presented in the wordings of the the poster. Meaning you have no evidence whatsoever yet you want to waste people's time with that false information of your claim of checking with AI detector and getting 90% confirmation. The oldest post: chatbot verbal diarrhea, then a lot of Merit from posting in Fillippone's Merit thread, 14 Merit for running a node and some Merit for a pumpkin.
Not a single Merit earned for an actual good post he wrote himself, and yet, he managed to get 35 Merits. I'll add a tag for posting chatbot verbal diarrhea.

Regarding my merits, I guess meriting an unworthy post is part of the risk.
Rest assured that I didn’t merit a single post that I suspected was written by AI.
I have to step up my AI detection standards, and I will try to figure out how.
