 What the op needs to ask himself is what is he isn't doing well that is making his posts get moved to the off topic section. Even though some posts created that are fit for the off topic section, it will still have responses and relies but that doesn't mean it won't get moved.
 Memehunter was mind enough to point out the reasons your threads get moved. Some users who are guilty of issues concerning their posts actually know they are at fault but it's as though they want attention. I hope you have seen why your threads get moved over and learn from your mistakes.

@dderekwalcott (OP) has accepted his fault of blaming/defaming  another user without any proof via PM. I will post the PM publicly if he gives his consent. IMO, this should be a public apology directed towards the victim of defamation, as OP had made accusations in public.
Having said that, for me personally, if he apologises, takes all feedback from reputed members seriously, and makes some (at least 100) quality posts from now on, I still think OP should be allowed to create his space in this forum, and I will refrain from giving negative feedback.

I checked a few of the posts you Merited, but I can't even get myself to read them. This one for example:

Recently some of my posts in the forum got the 'Off-Topic' tag and got deleted which were normally part of the discussion at first and got about 20-25 replies. But after a day the moderator suddenly deleted the new post along with some other old posts as "Off-Topic" from the forum.  I'm a bit disappointed by this, as 2-4 of the posts here were related to the main thread and active enough for discussion. I got notifications and PM from the forum, but deleted it in anger, so don't know the exact reason. Now I realize that doing this was not right and I realize my mistake. But here I have something to say and that is -
1. Why is a post considered off-topic even if it is correct at first?
 2. And if that is happened how to overcome from there?
 3. Why do moderators take action after someone reports, but not before?
 4. If a post receives an "Off-Topic" tag, how can it be challenged or clarified?
Special Note: I have not made this post for any purpose, it is purely out of my curiosity.

Every full stop is in place, no misplaced comma, etc. Because he wrote it himself, and this is his true writing style (not the one you assuming). On the other hand, when he is using AI, he is intentionally creating mistakes like no spacing after full stops, double spacing in commas, etc.

If he could make 100 quality posts, he would have done it by now.

He will learn by going through the process. I just want to facilitate not otherwise. Rest is upto him anyway.

It's not that difficult. AI-generated texts will always have a different tone to it, you will barely see mistakes unless someone adds them manually like how OP has done it and was caught, and there is one easy way to find out if a person is using AI for most of his posts or not, and that is to have a look at his post history. Someone won't have all their posts written by an AI, so you will find a few posts written by him in the mix, and you will notice a difference in the tone, you will find more mistakes, grammatical or punctuational, in posts written by the user himself, and then you can understand there is something wrong.

And of course, you can always ask others in the AI Spam Report Reference Thread to help you check the posts of a user that you suspect of using AI to make posts.

Is there maintain any rule to give or take merit, I don't think so . whoever wants to give or take merit. If you pay attention here above the post of mine, one person has been given maximum of ten merits just because catch me . I have merits and I have right to give anyone and how many I want . That means nobody cares any rules and regulation . I'm not complaining the system, I just want to remember to you that it is not right to blame only one person. At the end I want to say you all are honorable and very busy person. So enough is enough,just stop and close this matter. It should be better for all the respectable members. We are not enemy to each other. Need peace everywhere .

Just because there is no rule or moderation for merits received or given, it doesn't mean no one will notice or find unusual activities in it. No one is fighting you, you made mistakes, got your posts removed, you raised the concern yourself and you were told what you've done wrong. So, the best course of action for you from here onwards is to accept your mistakes, evaluate what you've done wrong and try to not repeat it again.

I know you have good intentions. The problem is every single gesture of unconditional goodwill on this forum is thoroughly taken advantage of by the exceptionally greedy & shameless; whether its merit giveaway threads, pie baking contests, free raffles, the pushups thread, price prediction contests, etc. Every one of those threads is invaded by cliques of alt accounts who exist here only to leech off the kindness of others.

If in doubt whether a post is AI generated or not, I recommend checking it against at least 2 of the following detectors:

1. GPTZero - 70% probability to contain AI generated text or higher
2. Copyleaks AI Content Detector - 70% probability for AI or higher
3. Sapling AI Detector - 70% Fake or higher
4. Quillbot - 70% of text is likely to come from AI or higher
5. Zerogpt - 70% likely to include parts generated by AI/GPT or higher
6. StealthWriter - 70% AI probability or higher
7. Originality.ai - 70% confident that text is AI generated or higher

The last one, Originality, seems to take a combination of results from other detectors, although it doesn't include Sapling, which is my favorite.

maybe not at this scale, but i think someone is probably already doing this. i bet if we check all the current running sig campaigns we will find at least a few accounts posting with AI.

Yes! There are at least half a dozen people who are doing this right now. Probably more.

OP is probably one of these people. I don't know if they have 10 accounts but they have at least a few. They are just particularly upset that this account got tagged because it already had a decent enough amount of merits, by their standards.

This should be common with multiple accounts owners who have all engaged in either the same sig campaign or different sig campaigns. Every campaign has their respective weekly quota and handling one alone can be overwhelming. Imagine someone make over 60 and above posts in a week where there are restricted boards they might result into AI contents just for the money making goal. In situations like this users just put themselves under heavy duress.

Then account farmers. Those who are eager to get their account ranked so the can start earning.

I don't think it's how you have given out your merit that is being talked about but rather how you still receive merit on post that was written for you by an AI. Since you didn't write the post with your brain, you were not supposed to get merited on those post.

How can you depend on AI to write post for you man, in reality it only explains one thing, that you don't have your own brains to make use of. It doesn't make any sense.

I do not think it is possible as of now as he will eventually get caught but if we will not update our AI detection game nay be in couple of years it is possible. Honestly this is my biggest fear, I have learnt a lot here and still trying to keep it.

No, I devote few minutes daily scanning different sections, making this my habit. I can see that members are using AI less and less as they know they have to go through process.

I give merit to the posts whose posts give knowledge and I like also and whose opinion is similar to mine, this is my right.There are many posts in this forum that I feel do not deserve merit but have been given merit.‌ So I did not give and take any merit outside the rules. Now listen, in this circumstance if I make post with my brain do you give me any merit in any of my posts ? I know you don't have any honest answers and have any honest courage to give ligal merit in my post .
