I take a look to the thread that op mentioned, and there was a link for an affiliate service, but in the end i couldn't find what the casino OP was talking about, a lot of casinos offer No-KYC but when you read their TOS they mention that they could ask for KYC if they believe the customer is doing bad practices.

The casino provides games from 3rd party providers which I believe there is possibility for the providers to ask further verification when there is special case like huge win or maybe a glitch on the game.
During this verification, KYC might be asked by the providers so I'm wondering how the casino deal with such a situation.
