They are running a business, and most of the casinos use 3rd party wallet solutions that use different addresses to consolidate their funds. So, you cannot really tell how many hot wallets they have. As you know, each user has a different deposit address; when they make a deposit, the funds are later transferred to another wallet address and consolidated. Later, the casino moves funds to their different wallets, such as their hot wallets or even cold wallets.
