From the screenshot the user sent, it looks like they deposited to activate the bonus. On discovering the higher withdrawal requirement of 45x turnover, they decided to withdraw their funds without playing but encountered issues doing that.
The user will need to confirm, but it looks like they did not get to play or win.

Would have been best to allow the user withdraw their deposit without closing their account, except they violated a rule.

Looks like they were so pissed of that the user changed their mind and took out their money and tried to make life hard for him.

I seriously doubt they would be interested in that, given that they didn’t even bother to spend a few bucks to buy the copper membership.
It seems like they were looking for the cheapest and fastest way to promote their casino, which obviously didn’t work as they expected. It just doesn’t work that way. In such a competitive industry, you should be ready to spend a lot on marketing if you want to get good results.

Yeah, the casino may look nice to the eyes, the people operating it may not have good intentions. I believe in giving a new service a chance but looking at what is going on with casino. I think it's safe to say it's a gone case.

However it's contradicting. On the homepage where there's information about the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 15 times, on the terms and conditions, the wagering requirement is 25 times, so OP has to tell us, which is which?

What is even more shocking is that they slapped a wagering requirement of x45 to @tableplay, which is not even written anywhere in the terms or website. This simply means they can bend any rules to favour themselves from the user, or even keep the money.

This is good to hear that your deposit has been refunded but you will have to be more careful next time to do a proper research about the casino before making any deposit for games. I was wondering what took you there when there are lots of reputable and well known casino here on this platform which you could just easily play with without having any issues. This is a lesson learnt and if I were you, I would stick to only casinos on this platform to play with.

If the casino refunded his deposit back to him then the casino is not a bad one and probably he might have violated the Terms and Conditions of the casino. And I think all casinos have one problem or the other but the resolution is the major thing. And it is a good thing that they resolved their issue amicable.
Building a reputation is a gradual process that they  have to do. And they have to be active foe now and then in this announcement thread and respond to questions.

Only he knows what he has done and he is very lucky to have gotten back his deposit. I believe the casino did such just to win the interest of the community to say something positive about them, but the truth is that the casino is not known here. Maybe they should put up some sort of engagements here so that we would know they are up and doing, and even then, that does not guarantee they are for real. He is lucky he got back his deposit, maybe just as you have said, the casino might use this to gradually want to build up their reputation here on this platform.

I'm not sure how serious they are about promoting their service on this forum. As you can see, the OP didn’t put much effort into making this announcement thread appealing. They didn't purchase a copper membership to post images and make the thread look more professional, they haven’t replied to any of the comments since creating the topic, even though they log into the forum regularly. All of this explains why this thread is being ignored and lacks interaction.
This doesn’t look promising, and to be honest, I don’t feel tempted to play at this casino for the time being.

This is also the first thing that I noticed, but perhaps they are really new to this community that they didn't know how to properly promoted it here. Although we can go to the website itself, but without any graphics or even the link to the casino in their post, perhaps gambling might not be interested.

Well they have a problem with that if they don't have budget since for not able to pay some important things would provably create less attention to their casino and for sure they won't get any good result especially if they are trying to convince people to play on their casino.

Also that raise some concerns about what if their players win huge amount of money on their casino? Can they able to pay those people win huge to them? So everything will fall apart and they won't get any good result if they show questionable things when they launch their casino here.

Low budget should not be an excuse for them to omit some very important information, even on the terms of service. The bare minimum should be transparency. Even if their ANN was not appealing, at least they would have put up an effort responding to the issue at hand here and correct the mistakes.

I am thinking of leaving them a negative tag, but since @tableplay managed to withdraw his deposit. A neutral will do for now over the wagering requirement that is not clear and changes overnight.
