However, from a privacy standpoint things are a little concerning — I don't think it's necessary to collect so much personal data for a VPS/hosting order. An order ID and email should be enough. Most users don't even want to provide their name and email. But other than that — welcome and good luck.

I agree to a certain degree, however it's vital for us to collect this in order to battle fraud, which is actually a problem occasionally with destructive users.
If paying with crypto, accurate information isn't required unless we request it for extremely rare and specific cases - in these events, you'll still always be treated with care and have full access to your VPS.
