Hello. I have a problem. My English is a bit bad so I apologize in advance.
Yesterday I registered on the site called bc game and I invested a total of 600 dollars 2 times. I saw later that there is no such thing as stop loss on this site. I changed the password before investing because I forgot my password at the first registration. so I could not make a withdrawal request for 24 hours. I connected to live support and asked them to close the account for 24 hours and that I did not want to play. they said okay, they said it would be opened automatically after 24 hours. all correspondence records are available in my hand. Although 24 hours passed, my account was not opened. I wrote to live support, they asked me for a few things. I sent them. although I closed them voluntarily. anyway, I connected to live support a few times and asked the situation, the answer is to wait. when I ask how long I should wait, they answer 10-15 working days Smiley

Do even you realize that BC.game is a casino? You are not investing rather gambling your funds on games that’s why there’s no stop loss feature on this website unlike Exchange and other financial tools.

How do you come up with investing on BC Game? Are you pertaining on buying BC tokens?

I played casino games with the amount I invested and you know that the result is a loss. I just didn't want to continue that day. First of all you should upload pictures (on talkimg.com) of your correspondence with the site. You said you have all made screenshots or whatever of it. It's hard to paint a picture of what actually happened here, it all sounds a bit confusing if you ask me.
Also, maybe use a better site to translate whatever you are trying to say, this would also help people understand what's going on here.

I connected to live support and asked them to close the account for 24 hours and that I did not want to play. they said okay, they said it would be opened automatically after 24 hours. all correspondence records are available in my hand. Although 24 hours passed, my account was not opened.
According to the terms of BC.game, the minimum self exclusion period is 1 month. But the support has said that a user can request for the self exclusion of 1 week at least. Therefore, the 24 hours self exclusion period will obviously create some problem there. However, it would be great if you can add some evidences about your claim. Well I understand your point but where I feels you made a huge mistake is to ask them to close your account instead of you having patient to wait for the 24hrs before requesting for withdrawal you went on asking them to close your account now whom is to be blamed?
I think all the blame goes to you on the sense that; 1. You forget your password and casino usually suspect anything that relates with password resetting, 2. You asking them to close your account for 12-24 hours somehow looks strange, 3. Now requesting them to reopen the account at your fingers tips seems so impossible because the casino doesn't operate that way.

So it's important to have patient while it takes 10-15 working days for them to validate every details before reopening the account again.
Anyway sorry for the stress as I have seen bc.game to be a trusted casino and the most rated one here in the forum.

None of your screenshots include a message that your account would be closed for 10-15 working days like you said in the OP. Your account was opened after 24 hours like you requested, maybe it is your English that is causing all the misunderstanding, but it is no longer necessary as your case has been resolved, so lock the thread.

The issue has been resolved. but I will answer you. are you on the side of the companies or are you on the side of the members? I will add the screenshot they say 10-15 days and close the issue.
