Stake can't refund you money they don't get. Otherwise everyone would pretend that they had send them money. If my bank / paypal, moonpay or what ever messes up my transaction i would contact them. Not complain to company that didn't get my transaction.

I am not even acting like i have heard about UPI before, but if they are using shady third party option, then that's only case you have against them.

But from what i read, UPI isn't even banned in India, they just updated regulations for it starting this month. So they seem to be perfectly legit payment option. In your other posts you are referring to UPI when talking about Indian legal restrictions on online gambling and financial regulations, even though you aren't quoting any of those laws.

This is weird, OP. If I am right, you have a screenshot of your deposit via INR that you have provided to stake.com. And they are denying the receiving of funds? Have you sent them a PDF of your bank statement reflecting the transaction's UTR ID?
I have also encountered some UPI-related missing deposit issues, but funds are always credited back to my bank account within 7 days. In your case, I can see that 7 days have already passed.
Have you checked your bank statement? Sometimes, banks also deduct some overdue charges. Or maybe you have some autopay setup for Netflix and all. I am telling you this in case you have missed it.
Having said that, there must be some technical issue related to the bank servers; otherwise, I cannot believe for a second that stake.com would scam you for $6. Believe me, Stake.com prays for the small deposit player to win .
Anyway, I would suggest you contact your bank regarding this with the UTR number.

Banks won't take this seriously, can't expect any support from them too... But we do have an opinion to report the TX on NPCI official website.

In this case UPI not processed, can upload the payment reference number and there's high possibility that the money will be refunded in 7 to 30 days.

OP, suppose you read from guest mode, do you mind to update us if you followed others' very sound advice and got your refund by the bank? I think the procedure here is to inquire to the payment processor instead of the platform. In most cases, it's the payment processor's duty to handle the refund, not you or the vendor. For example, if you pay with your credit card in a restaurant or some store, and they double-deduct you, you're calling the bank and sit while you let them handle the matter, not inquiring the refund from the restaurant.

   I made deposit of 500 Indian rupees on 21st March still the deposit not reflected on my balance.  Upon 24 hours I continuously write email everyday to support@stake.com and support+india@stake.com regarding deposit issue today is 5th day I contacted them still no reply and livechat works with bot only I can't describe my issues..
 What's going on stake I never expected this behaviour from stake.

Related issues like this do happens and this is when we make a mistake form our own end, if you sent a transaction, it is easily possible to track the progress on the blockchain if it has arrived at the right destination or not, its what seems to be strange here are tow, if you don't make any mistake on the network or address and the reason why they have been ignoring your request for a check on this issue.

Oh yeah, sorry for that. I might be misinformed, I am not an Indian, so I am not quite familiar with the digital payment system of India. Correct me if I am wrong, but UPI is the system, PSP is the bank who use UPI, and TPAP is the phone app of the bank [PSP]?

^ This will work only if both parties come into terms and agreed that the funds are not received so banks will refund the debited amount after 40 days and even I used it couple of time and got the refund.

So only possibility is to contact the one who received money from you via bank and this platform does that when we use all the required documents.

Let's say I made a transfer to wrong UPI so I have the possibility to contact the receiver via bank and confront them whether this is an actual mistake or not. And it is hard to come into judgment unless the receives accepts that yes it's not the fund that is supposed to be credited here so the bank will reverse this.

I am not an expert, but I have been using the UPI ever since it's available and I got my refund back using this method as well as the alternative which is the traditional way of contacting the bank. This site support system is provided by the government to minimize the workload and encourage the users to report even if there is scam or fund sent as mistake.

We upload the UPI payment proof along with TXid aka ref no and a little description then our bank account and whether the TX is p2p or P to merchant and this works for both the same but I did for p2p though. Once we uploaded there will be support Id or some sort of ref num will be given and then the process will begin which is intimating our bank side and let them know the deposited bank side the funds deposited as mistake so the other party's bank will contact the respective person and see if it's that person agrees yes it is not supposed to be credited then the bank will reverse the funds and this only works if the person accept the fund deposit is a mistake and they give consent to the bank to reverse it.

So whether it is a peron or merchant as long as they gave UPI there will be someone who is real or alteast their identity is being used by the bank account and their details can be fetched by bank in no time if necessary.

Yes, I got refund using this method but it's not from any merchant, but a person still it is same for the Merchants too.
The first 48 hours is the critical period and if the time frame is beyond 4 or 5 days then I doubt this method will work, we can try the bank customer support, but it's unlikely to help.

The biggest problem is in outsourcing services poorly. Either your partners will lift you up or tear you down. Something that always bothers me is the lack of personal support in the chat (as mentioned by the OP). Unfortunately, this seems to be a trend that will only grow. Bots don't solve many things most of the time.

It's hard to understand how a company that has a good market share, sponsors prominent athletes and has been in the industry for a long time, can't solve a very important issue like this.

I hope you can solve your problem, I believe this is not the experience that a serious casino wants to provide to its users/customers.

Is it possible that they do didn't receive the fund? I just oversee and got to the bottom of similar case with UPI a few days ago with different casino. Luckily this casino has representatives who are in constant touch with me, unlike this one, so I can help. Uhh, the point I am trying to convey here, that player also face similar issue where his account was not credited, and the casino [I think] also did not receive the fund. It was because the fund can not be processed. On that player's case, he sent a wrong password for his PDF, thus the finance department can not open the file and validate the transaction.

Is it possible that same situation also the root of your problem?
