I think that's the next challenge that Alex will put in her mind, and that's to beat Paolini and climb up the ranks on top of her. Still, a good run did by Alex and historically, she's made it. I have missed the first games of Alex to bet for and that's just pure support by heart that we can do for her. There's more for her to go on her career and there will be more tournaments coming. And this is now in the talks on how much she's earning, I mean the people who's looking for that should just stop looking at her career earnings and simply focus onto supporting her.
If they meet again, we can never tell what will happen. Before that defeat, she already beat Paolini in another tournament, so it does not mean that because she lost once, she will lose every time. That also applies to any player in the same situation as Alex. Sometimes a player just has a bad game. Just like Alex against Coco Gauff, she lost in their first meeting, then bounced back in the second meeting.
So it is something like that, we can never really tell just by judging their ranking.
