When making a standard bet on a hockey game if I pick team A to win do they have to win in regulation?  What if they win in overtime or shootout?  If I pick draw would I win if they were tied at the end of regulation or overtime?

If I choose draw on who wins the rest of the match does that include overtime or just regulation?

You can see the rules regarding Ice Hockey in our terms and conditions 3.22:

3.22 In Ice Hockey, in events where there is no draw option, the overtimes are also considered. For events with draw option, the result at the end of normal period is taken into account.

However in Live betting we have 2 different bet type, Standard (no overtime) and "over time" inlcuded.

Looking at your NBA - I find that the golden state/PORTLAND game offers a Moneyline and Total, but no Spread (Handicap).

With utah/SAN ANTONIO, you have Moneyline only. No Spread, no Total.

With some other games, you have all 3 in in addition to alternate Spreads.

Why this inconsistency?

Ifound where i could find my bets, but i thought the pay out for a successful bet was instant. I played a live bet and the bet status is still open for last 4 hours. Does the payout need manual processing?
