1XBIT SCAM SCAM! They don't pay out 2185$

I was constantly betting, and I have ~4,100 trx=$950 in my account. And on a foreign currency account ~ 15mbtc = 1235 $.The total amount of money in the account is $2185 and I cannot log into my account.The support service has closed my account.I can't log in and withdraw my money. ID- 967 543 443. I have video and photo proof of my account balance.

P S.It's been more than six months, but no one has returned the money and account to me.I am filing a complaint with their licensor here.

Then upload everything you have there; your chances to get this money is bleak; many have experience getting scammed by 1xbit in fact, if you check this section, there is a pin about warning people about 1xBIT, Your issue is additional to the growing case against 1Xbit and we are all hoping that 1Xbit will be taken down soon to keep the gambling industry free from scam casinos and make it a safe environment.

Then do so and don't be discouraged. Who knows, the licensor will hear your recommendation; include the other members issues to strengthen your case.

related to your issue, unfortunately they have a very bad reputation and there are many claims against them that seems still unresolved.
if you will make a quick search on forum you will find tons of accusation (probably they are doing just a selective scam with their players).

Their representative on the forum, [1xbit_official] was last active in 2023 and their account has -26 negative trust ratings, in addition to their official announcement being inactive since November 2024. This scammer, who represents them, cannot help OP recover his funds. He merely promoted this scam casino to steal funds from forum members. The necessary research should have been conducted. The fault lies with the OP, as there are many reputable casinos that players can use without worry.

Let this be a lesson for OP to do his research and not let scammers deceive him with their promotions and enticing offers.

A simple google search about them could have saved your money and wasted time. They have been scamming users since 2016, and I don't think that is about to change. It's sad you had to find out that they are scammers this way. All I can say it getting back that money is almost impossible, maybe you try filing a compliant with their Licensor. Unfortunately, you are just another victim among many others that didn’t do their research before having the courage to make a large deposit without a second thought, a simple google search could save you from them. The whole Bitcointalk community and topic are marking this casino as top scam. I don’t think there is anything you or we can do to help you out, I also never seen anyone getting a solution from the casino’s license office or team, I believe it’s pointless but if you could get a response from them, keep us updated.

maybe you try filing a compliant with their Licensor. Last time I remember, they didn't have one but right now on checking their website, they claim to be licensed and regulated by the Government of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of the Comoros.

he can file a complaint, but sadly it's useless.

as far as i know, anjouan licensing services only look into complaints where the casino is in breach of their license.
they will just reply back telling him to take it up with the casino directly.
