I think you didn't check properly. According to their post in this thread, they added Bitcoin on June 27, so you must be mistaken. They do not have a live chat option - this is a downside. I cannot tell anything about Provably fair yet because I haven't checked it. Yep, you made some good suggestions, and they should work on it. If the casino automatically applies bonuses, the player should be able to cancel the bonus. Did it happen when you made your first deposit? Or does it happen every time? if you have used Sunfire Casino before then you might be making some sense here but when it comes to slow withdrawal, you need to understand why the team decided to use the manual method which is mostly used by small growing casinos that don't have much players on their sites.

This thread has been inactive for more than two months (which is not a good sign, btw), so I guess it’s the topic they created on the service board that brought you here!
I asked before about withdrawal delays and in their response they said that manual withdrawals would remain until the end of the summer. According to that, they should have switched to automated withdrawals by now. It would be helpful if OP or anyone who made a withdrawal recently could confirm this.

To be eligible for the dividends, someone need to have 100SFT. Mathematically it is not that hard to have 100SFT because you get 1SFT for every $0.4 wager on Slot or in-house game, means you only need to wager $40 on slot games or in house game to get 100SFT then you will be eligible for the dividends. Of course do not hope much from the dividends if you have low SFT.

Their current marketing representative manages the SunFireAlge account, while other SunFire Casino staff members and the owner himself handle the SunFire Casino account. So the topic on the service board was probably created by the owner himself. I see no problem running multiple accounts if different departments handle these, provided the primary account confirms them. You can trust both of them, actually.

I have been in touch with the team for a while. However, I became somewhat busy with other jobs and did not follow up with the Sunfire team for months.

Nothing wrong with using more than one account as representatives the service, but you can understand how this maybe a little bit confusing. I see other longstanding services have one account to manage community in bitcointalk or they have more accounts with different names, different from the brand name.
