We have a number of guides written in English and we mostly converse in English here as well. I would also suggest you to learn English if you have not started already because it has its own advantages both in real life and in this forum.

As Bitcoin Smith mentioned, you can find useful translations in Regional languages section. There are few valuable translations there and also feel free to ask for translation of any thread or post which you are interested in but language is a barrier. I'll be more than happy to help you with that as I've translated few topics in Hindi already.
