My observation later revealed that the broker itself was a victim of a middleman (crypto firm) handling their clients' transactions. I guess my argument with them changed the narrative, as they entirely changed their crypto payment system and now only charge the exact blockchain fee.

Do you know that making the exchange known will be of help to others who had been their victims without being known?
So I think it's necessary to share the name of the exchange afterall we do make discussions of specific exchanges here in the platform which we either recommend good or bad basically to the awareness of other users to take note.
You don't consider marketing empathy to exchange which are znot of standard and convenient for users.
If remarketing of such exchange will keep them head up for fair services of user, so be it. Don't keep such exchange on coverage.

The withdrawal fee for USDT is really expensive. Even the Ethereum network doesn’t charge that much. Newcomers to the crypto space are likely falling into their trap and being forced to pay higher fees.

The fact that you talked and got the fee reduced shows great intelligence. It would’ve been even better if you had requested a fee reduction for everyone. If I were in your place, I would’ve done that because many users might not be aware of these things and that’s why they don’t act. Also, I speak for myself, and about my experience the way I like it to be done, anyone can come out to speak theirs of any company the way they want, so you can't force me. This broker remains my top-rated broker till today and my withdrawal fee issue with them was resolved even more than I wanted. You are right that some of weird things that happen might be on purpose like tricks to scare people who have not been around as long or to see who really believes in it for long haul.
