Everyone makes mistakes, and there isn't a way to eliminate this in this forum, which is very bad. I can promise I won't make all those mistakes in future; if any happen, feel free to ban my account, MOD. I'm ready for the consequences.

This is pure cheating, not a mistake, because you know the consequences for those who engage in this type of act, and you deliberately did it, so why give unnecessary excuses? There are many others who have the same offenses as you, and if they remove your negative feedback, they will surely seek forgiveness for theirs as well.

I am sure you know that creating multiple accounts is allowed; this is why you have created multiple accounts and cheated with those accounts. Multiple account is allowed, but it is not allowed to participate in bounty campaigns, signature campaigns, and giveaways with multiple accounts.

Anyways, people change over time. I hope you changed. But you have to prove it somehow. You did not post anything with your account. How are people supposed to judge you? You can still send a private message to the people who gave you the negative feedback. See if they response. If they do not write you back, do not bother them.

It's not hard to guess, and he admits that the negative tag makes him create the nth alternative account. The problem is different; those accounts that were caught had a good and convenient rank for him, but his appearance two years later and the creation of this topic indicate that he cannot repeat the creation of the Full Member rank, not to mention a higher rank.

From what I read in the thread you have multiple alt accounts on this forum, and you have used them to financial advantage by cheating bounty managers.
Now explain exactly why the person who left you a negative trust should remove it?

The way I see @OP doesn't show any improvement nor what he had contribute to the forum, after he got red tag, then he suddenly stop posting. I think if you have give contribution to the forum or you try to improve your post after getting red tag, users who left red tag on your profile might consider to revise it.

I know I don't have any proof, but I believe there's a difference between appeal when you have show a good progress and doesn't.

You made those mistakes intentionally and that's why you have those negative trust on your profile. And, who said that having multiple accounts or alt accounts is not allowed here? Just read this rule:

18. Having multiple accounts and account sales are allowed, but account sales are discouraged.

Having multiple accounts and even selling of accounts is allowed on forum but account sales are discouraged and community doesn't like account sales and the ones who sell their accounts will get negative trust for that action. But, if someone who's a regular poster and who doesn't break forum rules then that person can create multiple accounts.

However, from ethical point of view, it's much better to tell everyone about your alternative accounts, don't use those for abusing bounties, campaigns, and games and rounds. As an example a famous and one of the most reputed member of the forum @LoyceV has an alt account which's named as LoyceMobile and that's a great example for you.

OP will not make any changes. Just look at how he woke up after sleeping for so long then made this post and disappeared again. Nothing is expected from OP.
Maybe there will be consideration if the mistake made is not like what OP did, if there are certain exceptions maybe there will be many accounts in the past that have been marked with the same case will wake up and make a similar thread.

Bro was already connected to a dozen alt accounts, many of which are now banned. What did he think: nobody is going to look into the trust feedback? He's allowed to have alts but not banned alts. I don't know why they got banned, but not all of them did:
