One big question is also who will overwatch the guys who are watching? Or maybe it will be analyzed by some AI system. Who will be responsible if something bad happens with collected data?

Technologies like this lead to total control of population - physical, psychological and emotional.
Why would it be people that do the watching when AI can do that 10k times faster and cheaper?

And it's the people giving their consent for this who are ultimately responsible giving access to their data. Perhaps that wouldn't legally hold in some regions, but people have given their data for free for years now. LG is just joining to surveillance via smart TV format. Others will join into this. And frankly it's quite new thing that people can even give their consent for cookies for example. In the past companies didn't even care how much they spied on people. And they never asked if it was ok.

AI camera systems could quickly figure out each person who you are attracted to and how much, then they could advertise a dating service that tries to hook you up with your prospective partner. Wouldn't that be cool? They could even advertise psychological counseling after finding out any perversions like attractions to animals, people who are underage, or so on. In fact, if you have ever found an underage person attractive one time, they could sell that information to the highest bidder to take dibs on who can offer you counseling service. Or, if you are in a political campaign, you could learn all the darkest secrets of your enemies who sign up for the service, and advertise against your targeted candidate.

Or an AI camera system that wants to gain information could ask you a deeply personal question and based on decades of expert analysis glean the answer just from your resulting facial expression. Then they could use that information to sell something to you.

Sorry to reply twice in a similar way but I thought I'd want to tailor this concept more specifically to advertising ideas.
