Changing careers and becoming an entrepreneur isn't an easy decision. Usually, you get a monthly salary, but this isn't always the case with your own business. It requires a strong mentality to survive and compete for growth. Of course, you should be prepared for all risks before starting. Whether successful or not, it's a risk management process that must be accounted for. Especially if you already have a family, transitioning your income can be very difficult and risky.
Investing should be done beforehand, especially after your needs are met. Investing is certainly a good way to save money and reap better returns in the future. However, if you don't have a substantial income yet and your business needs more funds, invest in yourself first until your business generates sufficient income to invest more in the future.
Entrepreneurship is not for everyone. First of all to be an entrepreneur you need to be able to take responsibility for yourself make decisions, and understand that the risks will be much higher, than in a regular job. And not everyone can be decisive enough to become an entrepreneur. You are right that people receive a salary and get used to it, that is why they are afraid of being left without a stable monthly income. It may be smaller but at least it will be stable, and you can engage in investing even while working. If you work and earn a good income and can save money over time you will accumulate capital, that you can start investing. For some people this is much easier than being an entrepreneur and trying to take money from profits for investing.

When comparing developed and developing or even poorer countries, there are still striking differences. Even in my country, when compared to developed countries, the welfare of employees is quite visible. I know this because I have friends who work abroad. They shared their work experiences, and when compared to employees here, the gap is stark. There, they earn substantial salaries, and overtime is even rewarded with commensurate pay, while here, even earning a basic salary is difficult.
There are workplaces that offer higher wages and better working conditions, but these employers pay these wages to their skilled employees. While the situation may vary from country to country, wages are generally higher in some sectors, and employees can earn above the average wage in their country of residence. Comparing countries reveals significant differences in wages. A primary reason for these differences is cheap labor. There are many people willing to work, but there aren't many jobs. Therefore, workplaces may prefer employees with lower wages if they're not looking for skilled workers. Cheap labor also causes problems. It can lead to lower wages for workers in the market and the inability of qualified people to find work. This is the current situation in my country, with high unemployment and limited job opportunities. As a result, employees in my country are forced to do whatever they can, even though the wages they receive are sometimes very low. Forget about ensuring workers' welfare, some companies simply ignore the minimum wage, even just to meet it. There are regulations requiring companies to pay the minimum wage set by the government. However, in reality, many companies are stubborn and set wages according to their own wishes. And workers are left with little choice because they need the money.

Anyone can become an entrepreneur if they want to. I think anything can be learned, but sometimes people are reluctant to do it and seem to be in a comfort zone, just receiving a salary, and they don't want to learn further to become an entrepreneur. I think in our careers, we must be ambitious to continuously improve, so that there is progress that we want to achieve after we reach a certain point. This is true of successful people. If we look at their journey to success, they started out as ordinary employees and then became successful entrepreneurs. I believe that is thanks to hard work, and anyone can do it if they work hard.

Like many, I was raised with the traditional path..... study hard, get good grades, and land a stable job. I followed that script, not as a top student, but well enough to build a decent career where I gained valuable experience. Yet over time, I realized that job wasn’t my future. So I took the leap, starting a business using my skills and knowledge. It’s far more challenging, but finally, I feel I’m pursuing my true ambition.
What about you? I’m sure it varies by country as some offer such strong worker benefits that people never feel the need to start businesses. Curious to hear others’ experiences.
My parents were responsible for determining the course of my life. They used to push me to study to be a good student so that I could get a job when I grew up. Being a good student means a suitable and wide field to build a career. I worked hard to be a good student but I could not increase my concentration but I was not a very bad student either. But it was not enough to join any big profession. That is why I gave importance to skill development but it was purely my own will. I still regret that if my parents had not focused on making me a good student to build a career and had pushed me to study to improve my technology based skills, I would have become a successful person. I am giving my children the freedom to choose a career according to their wishes. I think everyone is talented but they do not get a favourable environment to develop that talent. Therefore every parent should motivate their children to choose a career independently to build a career.

Your make a very realistic point. Everyone is not able to join entrepreneurship as a profession because it demands risk tolerance and strong decision making. you should be able to manage uncertainty in business. On the other hand in regular job even we earn normal sallary but we feel stability and financial security so many people can do it happily because with stable income we can save and invest money gradually but in very low amount. While with entrepreneurship we earn lot of money but it also brings pressure of failure. So the point is that both path of making money is valid but it's depends on your personality.

Building a business is certainly not easy. Personally, I went through many ups and downs. However, if someone wants to start a business but is currently still an employee, they should never give up their status as an employee until their business is running well and shows good long-term potential. I was in the same situation with my husband. I did it gradually and it took a considerable amount of time before I could leave my old job and fully transition to the business we were running. And it wasn't as easy as motivational speakers make it sound at seminars or similar events. However, if you succeed, you truly feel like you've found true freedom. But I'm sure many people don't succeed in that transition process. And it’s true that entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone. Sometimes, environmental factors also make it impossible for us to run a business or something similar. The best approach is to stay focused on your current job while looking for good business opportunities that suit you, and also while saving money and investing. Don’t act without a solid plan because once you take that step in life, it’s very difficult to turn back.

Becoming an entrepreneurer is not a professional that you need to get a degree before you will become one. People are developing their own businesses so that they can own their own businesses and grow it to a bigger one. People don't have to rely on company work before they can earn to take care of their needs. Anybody can rent a store and starts selling groceries or food products that will attract people that will buy them. This is a simple technique people need to embrace if they want to make money for themselves being an entrepreneurer.

Well, that's relatable journey to an extent and a lot of person follow that traditional path mostly becuase its the safest option available at the time and there's nothing wrong with building a career and gaining experience from it. In fact, that foundation you build often makes the transition into business more realistic. What usually changes things is clarity, for you, you realized that your job though it was probably stable wasnt the same as fulfillment. Starting a business exposes you to more risk, stress and uncertainty, but it also gives ownership, growth aand purpose, something your regular job wont have provide on a personal level.

It doesn't matter how good a job is, there will be a limitation. That is why a person will not be able to fulfill all his desires in life only through job. Those who work must know that he has a limitation that he will never be able to cross even if he wants to do. The perspective of a person is not the same for everyone. There are some who are not satisfied with their job. They want to utilize their knowledge and experience. They dream of becoming an entrepreneur. Being an entrepreneur in my country is also very challenging, but I have not deviated from the big plan of becoming an entrepreneur. If I get enough opportunities, I definitely want to make myself known as a good entrepreneur. I have seen some entrepreneurs who survived in the beginning but have now been able to establish themselves.

I've also observed several people who have achieved success in life, and it turns out they only worked briefly for others, aiming to earn a little money to survive while building their own businesses with maximum focus after their work hours. This means that most successful people don't always rely on jobs for others. Because for those who like to open their own business, of course that person will be more focused in that direction after finishing working at someone else's place and people who are more genius will usually also find it easier to get loan capital from other parties as initial capital to develop their business.

Becoming an entrepreneur from an employee is not an easy task, after running a family with the money an employee earns, there is not much left. Even then, I salute those who can save money. To become an entrepreneur, you must take both patience and risk. However, in the initial stage of the business, you have to invest less capital and become experienced. When you think you have enough experience, then you can invest a huge amount of money. I would say that you invest in Bitcoin little by little. There is not much possibility of loss in this, but many times it brings good profit.
Deciding to quit your job isn't easy, but if you've managed to save enough to fund your new venture, I think it's worth considering. No matter how successful your career in a company is, you're still a subordinate. However, when you run your own business, you're the boss. The decision to leave a company should always be carefully considered. I believe we should consider all the risks involved when deciding to quit. You're right, investing a small amount in Bitcoin can also provide future wealth and can be used as backup capital to launch a real business that aligns with your skills and expertise. True, it's hard to take that decision but if you save enough fundings to try venturing to another venue either to investment or starting your own business, taking that route is not an easy venture but there are so many struggles and challenges that you need to anticipate, those encounters once you established your investment/business will bring a decent amount of benefits, though not all are capable or not all are successful but it's worth to try and see if your determination, knowledge and skills will be enough to serve you in finding success to whatever venue or industry you decided to take.

Employees are a person who are poor people because they did not earn money by selling anything and they are not accepting that they could be rich person because their mind is of poor person and poor people are more in our society and they have to learn more about money if they want to be rich in a little time. They are living very difficult life because they are doing 18 hours of work and they are not getting anything from that . They should be educated about the money if they want to be successful in respect of money. People should take knowledge from rich people because they learned many lessons and they learned a high income skills And poor people are skilled but they are working for rich people and they are poor people at that time. Here my point is different, being an employee does not mean someone is poor minded. Many people are highly skilled hardworking and financial stable. success is not only about selling something it also come from discipline ,education and smart financial decisions. Only rich persons are not source of getting knowledge. There are numerous ways to learn. Here I have this perception, that the journey from being an employee to become an entrepreneur is not an easy journey. IT filled with sacrifice, sacrifice of time comfort or sometime shifting to new places. Higher the position aimed, higher risk or sacrifice involved. Enterpreneur is not just about starting a business. It is a mind set that is shaped by your past experiences additionally courage to take risk. To step into entrepreneurship, you must be mentally or emotionally strong first then need to accept that beginning will be tough. Progress and achievement not appear over the night. if you are willing to stay patience, consistence. it means you are walking on the road of success
