Best advice how start trade BTC

As some people have mentioned, the best thing to do with your Bitcoin is to hodl them (hold them). But if you absolutely must trade I can only tell you how I do it: When I trade, I make sure all my profits are in Bitcoin, not USD or any other fiat. You never know when a pump overnight might happen. You do not want to be left out.
 

It really depends on you, because short-term trading and long-term trading (or holding) need different strategies. Holding is easier, but short-term trading takes time and effort to analyze market movements. My advice is this: if you want to trade short-term, start with a small capital. Test first if you’re actually profitable as a trader, then slowly increase your capital when it feels right. But since you’re trading Bitcoin, if your short-term trade doesn’t go as planned, you can always just hold it and wait. Bitcoin gives a lot of opportunities to profit, and it’s already proven that its value tends to rise over time. (put that in mind).

But since you are new you should hodl only. And in the meantime, why not use a testserver with fake BTC?

What I mean is that some exchanges offer test servers, or if you like, you can call them testnets. They are officially called testnets. Binance has one, Deribit has one, and other major and minor exchanges also have one. You can go there to test the trading platform and trade fake coins.

You do not need to deposit any funds. You can get test coins to trade with.

Officially they are for testing the trading platform but you can use them to practice trading.

Hmmm. There are many ways, but I would suggest that you need to watch some videos related to trading first.
I mean it would give you a grasp on what trading is. You started this thread, so we assume that you're a newbie in trading.

After watching some videos and you have a bit of knowledge already, start with a small amount only. Start with an amount where you can afford that to lose because if it's your first time trading, there's a 99% chance that you will lose it. It's like you're paying your first experience with your own money. The good thing though is that you gained experience already and that experience will help you along the way.

Being a successful trader is a long journey as it needs a lot of time, and money, and when I say a lot, I mean A LOT!!! When I say a lot of time, I mean years, and when I mean lots of money, I mean hundreds of even thousands of dollars. Trading is like business where you need capital to start, and lots of experience to succeed. Be patient, and learn from all of your mistakes, and losses as well.

You need to determine when you can enter to the market and place your order buy. But that will not as easy to say because you need to analyze if the price will be up or down. That is difficult because we must analyze from the timeframe, using indicators to find what happen to the market, and don't forget to check on the news.

Many things you need to prepare before you start trading. You need to have skill to analyze the market so you know where the price will move and what you will do related to that situation. It need time before you master the trading skill and that is why you need to learn more details about trading. Adjust your budget to trade and not using too big money if you are still learning because that can make you lose control and impact to your trade. Just calm down yourself if you lose and accept that as your learning.

Sounds like you're a complete beginner, I'd advise to just do demo trading in binance or some reputable exchange though, just to grasp how things work, don't use real money until you become proficient at it or at the very least knows the basic.
Trading bitcoin fundamentally speaking works the same like any other trades out there, if you trade stock, you will get used to it in no time.

Or just take the easiest path which is investing in bitcoin, no reason to risk if you're still beginner.
Just invest while you're still learning, if you happen to be good at trading then maybe you should venture into it.

Bitcoin trading is one in which venturing into it requires you get substantial knowledge because of its level of volatility and OP sounds like an absolute beginner who should at this point  be doing more of asking questions. Steps to be taken at this point is mainly studying because that's the only way to get it right with Bitcoin because that will expose you to all that will get you trading the best way to get you some profit but if you refuse studying before proceeding, you may have to learn on the process and that will be hurting because you may risk loosing some funds before getting  to know better how to trade profitably.

Welcome onboard but first thing first you need to get ground knowledge about cryptocurrency, I know you spoke about understanding a little bit but it ain't enough you need solidified knowledge, then after you can go by buying some affordable coins to hodl so I the long run you can be profitable but meanwhile be rest assured that going into this requires patience and you should be aware of the risks involved.

Buy and hold instead. Trading is just too risky for a beginner. You don’t want to see yourself losing all the time, so I encourage you to learn a lot more, give it more time before you will decide to risk more of your funds.

For now, you can start watching demo trading videos in YouTube, and study how market analysis and its fundamentals are done. Just trade only when you know you feel quite confident to do it.

Since from all indications you are new to cryptocurrency and Bitcoin, trading is not the best thing you should start with because you don’t know how it works and if you start trading, you will lose a lot of money in trading due to ignorance because learning is the first step in every successful journey.

However, to start and know how Bitcoin works, read this, you will get the right information and the basic knowledge about Bitcoin and how it started and how you can secure your wallets and so on.
Then you can go further to ask some questions in this forum on where you need more clarification before you start your trading journey, and if you failed to learn before starting your journey, you will regret joining crypto trading.

If you are new to Bitcoin, I would say that you should take your time and gain enough experience about Bitcoin. If you can gain enough experience about Bitcoin, then maybe you can move on to trading platforms. If you are a complete newbie, you should not trade with just a little knowledge about Bitcoin. If you want to trade, you must know the rules and strategies of the trading platform. If you do not have a good experience about the strategies of the trading platform, then you can never get success from the trading platform. You are carefully and that's good to start with learning and observing or living in the market for months or up to a year before you start your trading. It's good but I believe not enough, as 1 year is too short time and it's not enough to understand the market in bull market or bear market of one full market cycle. The market operates and FUDs are used very differently in bull market and bear market.

As you did your next step with demo trading, that is all good because I recommended the same steps in my post in a first page of this thread. Learning, demo trading, and experiencing the market gradually with time. Make sure you never start with all money you have in trading and always put defending your trading capital as your main task.

Using a demo account is a solution for new traders to minimize risks, but I advise you not to abuse it. Using it for too long will cause us to form bad habits such as being subjective and not being serious in researching and analyzing market trends...because we know it's not real money and if wrong, we don't lose anything.

Trading or investing is risky and only knowledge can help us minimize the risk. Without knowledge, investing will also lead to losses. So trading or investing is his choice but he should spend more time to accumulate knowledge instead of thinking about making money too soon.

Yes, that's right. The best advice to start trading is of course to increase your knowledge about crypto trading, because crypto is a place where you can lose money very quickly or in other words, the risk is very high. Having a little knowledge is not enough in trading activities, unless you invest in bitcoin for the long term, that's a different story. As long as you don't sell it, you won't lose, you can hold it until your goal is achieved.

Trading not only requires capital, but you also shouldn't be reckless in implementing crypto strategies, indeed crypto trading can generate fantastic income but the risk is very high. Yes, once the coins run out, your money will run out too. So before jumping in, make sure you have enough knowledge. If you are not familiar with trading, it is better for you to buy Bitcoin slowly more regularly and hold it for the long term or at least when you have seen a much greater increase in the price of Bitcoin before you release it again. Because trading is much riskier than holding it for waiting for more profit and for now the step you must prepare is to learn about trading procedures before you jump into trading with excessive recklessness.

My advice in trading in the crypto market.
If you are just starting to do crypto trading activities, before you start trying to have a mentor that can be trusted, learn more about asset crypto, graphic analysis, information about Crypto and many others.
In general, there are three common methods that are done, namely: spots, futures and margin, three of them are often used for those who have just entered trading.
You should do it first Spot method, you can buy at prices down and sell at rising prices, I think it's safer than margin and futures and do it with good consideration and analysis when starting.

If you are new the first suggestion is to learn how the market works so that you have the skills and after that use a little money in your trading and I understand why you choose Bitcoin as a starting point in this activity because Bitcoin is quite stable but in my opinion rather than trading bitcoin in the hope of getting short term profits it is better to buy bitcoin to get long term profits because learning to be an investor is not as difficult as becoming a trader, believe me even though it will take a long time if you have the determination to hold the asset you will feel the benefits of bitcoin as most members have said.

if you want to start trading, I will advice you to learn the fundamental of trading so that you will not start trading without knowing the the main things of trading, because when you go into trading without knowing the procedures, many persons has dislike trading because they fails to understand the basic things of trading, and since they fail to understand the basic things of trading that's what makes them to lose
