2. Who rates the websites, and how are they rated? What is the criteria for the rating score?

Might I suggest you get more website mirror links, especially Tor. If your website gets popular, it's going to get prone to DDoS attacks.

Yes — both points are fair.

1) Unanswered questions:
You’re right: I left questions unanswered for too long. That’s on me.
To avoid multi-month gaps again, I’ve added:
- Featured Policy (how Top Rated works)
- Changelog (public log of changes)

If you paste/link the unanswered questions you mean, I’ll reply point-by-point in this thread.

2) Featured / credibility / “similar name”:
You’re correct: that featured exchange was mine. I understand why that kills trust, even if ratings are user-driven.

So I changed the rules:
- “Featured” is now Top Rated (Last 30 days) and is automatic (approved reviews + trust votes).
- A site must have at least 1 real signal (review or trust vote) to appear.
- If no 30d activity exists, it falls back to all-time.

Conflict of interest:
Operator-owned listings are marked and excluded from Top Rated by default.

On manipulation:
- 1 review per user per site (moderated before public)
- 1 trust vote per user per site (login required)

Because users earn DEVC (convertible to XMR), I’m also adding anti-abuse safeguards (reputation-weighting, anomaly/brigading detection, excluding suspicious activity from rewards).

- The site must be a legitimate service (no malware/phishing/scams).
- Provide a short description + correct category + tags.
- If the site is a .onion mirror, you can add it as well.

After submission, listings are reviewed before being published.
