I'm sorry, what!? this case is still not resolved? it's been 3 months since the OP posted his case and you only decided to reply to this case now and your response is the case is still in process? how long do you expect the OP to wait for you finish your investigation? no offense but your platform is extremely suspicious with how you handle cases like this.

also, are you still in contact with the OP? is the OP still responding to you? anyway, if you ask me, investigation like this should never take this long to to finish.

If you guys truly understand how frustrating waiting to get your own money can be, then why can't you expedite the whole process. I mean, OP made this post in May, and the issue occurred in April, that is around four months of waiting for your customer to get their money back, i am afraid, that is not good enough.

What exactly is the delay? OP said they had submitted everything you guys asked for, but your response is still the same, and it is exactly the same response you just posted four months after: "the case is under review", how pathetic.

It looks like the exchange representative came to the forum after a while and searched all the scam accusations that were created against them, and tried to address them. I see he responded in three scam accusation threads, and I assume all of these threads are kinda few weeks or even months old. The negative feedbacks on their profile tell us everything. They cannot be trusted at all.

But I think we can appreciate that at least they came here to address the scam accusation threads. But I am not expecting anything good from them since their reputation is too bad already. I hope they will prove me wrong.

Lol, I saw that too. Clearly, this is a poor attempt at "fixing" their PR. Instead of properly addressing the issues that were posted here in the forum, they posted a Bullshit response and didn't even bother reading the issues they are responding to. They just further ruined their already ruined reputation here.

I think the best thing to do is to tell OP about the ETA of the resolution. If your previous "as soon as the procedures are completed" has taken over 3 months to get a response here, who knows how much longer OP has to wait? 1 year? Better you let him know so he prepares his mind about the possible outcomes.

This scammers have zero intentions of cleaning up their reputation, they have actually made it worse. You might think that this representative came here to respond to complaints, but they actually came to post pre-written bullshit about how they are reviewing customers complaints.

But they also posted it in a topic that was already solved long ago, so they are not even reading tbe topics, nor do they have any new imformation. Nobody should go near this service, or risk losing their money.

Sometimes AML processes require more time, as the complexity of individual cases can vary. Same applies for the resolution time of cases.

There is no way to know who you are writing to if you just reply in a thread without quoting anyone. The quote feature is on the forum, so you can use it, and people know who you are talking to. Let's say you want to reply to my post, just click on quote and write your post, and click onthe  post button. It's that easy. That thread was solved a long time ago. If you want to reply to someone in that thread, you must quote them and then write a reply. Generally, it looks like you are replying to the original thread creators.

Sometimes AML processes require more time, as the complexity of individual cases can vary. Same applies for the resolution time of cases.
Your guys are selective scammers, i doubt it is about AML processes requiring more time, but rather you guys dragging it for months, hoping the customer gives up on their money. I am still surprised that Exodus routes swaps through this scam exchange, or are they in this together.

To be clear, we would also like to see every case resolved more quickly. However, in certain situations that is not possible.

In some situations, cases may require additional time due to external reviews. For example, when transactions involve jurisdictions under international scrutiny or when law enforcement agencies request extended checks, we are legally obliged to wait for their clearance before proceeding.

After providing KYC, documentation, passing the interview, The exchanger just started IGNORING me ABSOLUTELY everywhere, at the mail, on their website in the live chat.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WAS PROVIDED. I can confirm this, download all the correspondence from the mail for you.

They haven't responded to my emails for 8 months now
when I say the SWAP number in the LIVE chat, the operator simply leaves the chat, checked a dozen times (I can confirm)


What kind of support and quality are we talking about? You can't answer your client for 8 months
