Damn that is a shame. Their internal communication seems to be very poor with supposed representatives having little influence on getting things paid. You show so much trust by not getting payment upfront, the least they could do is be regular and on time when it's due. They're about to quickly realize all that goodwill and reputation they've spent building up here can quickly unravel.

This is truly unfortunate. You are an excellent manager, and it is very shameful that you are paying out of your own pocket on behalf of these people.

It was a bit regrettable but it happened, even though their initial words were quite serious but it seemed that they were not that serious about cooperating.
Hopefully everything will be resolved quickly, I removed my signature and avatar.
