What Seems to be the issues with Members who are ignored for so long

I have been browsing all through this forum waiting to catch a line or two as to why some old senior members like myself and others are blatantly ignored exclusively from campaigns without a reason why nor a direction to follow on the best approach to be of use in this forum.
I do participate to the best of my abilities and would be of better use if there was a way to direct us via instructions to improvement, rather than being ignored by the marketing managers or dropped from signature campaigns without a good reason.

How do I improve and get better, because as a serious senior member of this forum i shouldn't be swept aside just like that because i did the work to get here and am still willing to do more because am a member of this community in total ?

Op, you have to understand that the signature campaign in the forum is becoming very competitive and managers are interested in hiring those that can up their game. You have to differentiate yourself from the crowd, either by your posting pattern, your consistency or availability.

You have to ask yourself your boards of interest whether they fit the type of campaign willing to hire you. Majority of the campaigns in the forum as at today are gambling related. How good are you in gambling related posts and how often do you earn merits. It is just subjective as every manager has their own criteria. Now you created this topic, do the right thing, you will be hired this time.

First of all, move this to the service discussion, where this thread is more appropriate to discuss related to signature campaigns.

And I can feel you, but managers are not just ignore anyone in particular, they just select who fits better to represent the brand and it depends on a lot of things and varies from one manager to another.

The number of campaigns accepting Sr.Rank is lower now so more competition so the chance of you getting accepted decreases. Another reason might be that your boards of interest, when you start focusing on boards where there is less spam and actual discussions happen increase your chance, and finally, if you have mostly posted application for signature campaigns in the last 20 posts then yours might be ignored because managers prefer who are posting organically not only when they are in campaign.

There are many factors that makes campaign manager not accept some people despite being old here in this forum. Being old in the forum doesn't guarantees a special position. Some people may be old but still lack understanding about how the forum works. There are thing you might be ignorant about and didn't notice that's why you are not being accepted. I am not saying This because am better than you but any of us can be victim. I will like you to know that the forum is becoming competitive nowadays and most time the values you add will determine how far you go. When hiring people for the type of work you do, you need to access the job seekers to know their abilities. and when they don't meet the demand then they are not fit for the Job no matter how experienced they claim to be. Sometimes we need to re-discover ouself and do more research to bring the best in us than being stock to what we know without upgrading.

Although all managers have their reason for accepting participants, but From what I discovered so far, the criteria used by most campaign managers to accept people are as follows

1) post quality/ reputation and recorgnition : post quality matters, and note that Post quality may not necessarily be quantity but how informative and educative it is. It may be a 2 or 3 line post but pases a massage. It must not be all the time but most times. Reputation and how how recorgnised you are matter alot to some managers.

2) how active you are on the forum: Being active is one thing but where do you spend your time on? Are you being active in the local board? Games and round? Off topics? Well most manager are looking for people who are active in the gambling board and as well in other board like Bitcoin discussion and many other as they are promoting gambling Casino games so they expect you to be active there before taken you in. Managers need you to represent there prand where their banner (signature and avatar) will display.

3) your merit in 120 days also matters.: Your merit in 120 days also matters to some managers because your merit in 120 days shows that you are making quality Post because they don't need to go and check the quality of your post because they use it as a symbol of quality because quality post usually recieve merit more often, even though not all the time.

4) Tag : having a neutral tag can also be a barrea to one not being accepted expecially using AI for spamming, it shows a high level of laziness.

5) making your post regularly 3 lines or 4, no matter how the case may be, is another factor of not being accepted. Post should be made at free will without having the intention of making it usually a pattern. Because most guys are used to making post as if making lengthy post is a wast of post.

I am very appreciative of all the comments I have read so far and I must say I have learnt a great deal from your individual perspective.
Although I do participate to the best of my abilities in this forum, I understand if my best isn't just enough.
Am a person who loves growth and would strive to do so continuously whether I get accepted in a signature campaign or not.

I guess that was the account you were referring to when you said "old senior member." Still not that old.

Although I do participate to the best of my abilities in this forum, I understand if my best isn't just enough.

I'll give you one more piece of advice in addition to the others you've received: trying concentrating on only running 1 account. When people run multiple accounts, their IQ-per-post is lowered in direct proportion to how many accounts they are running.

Stop trying to cause confusion @nutildah. I have only one account and that is why it is more disappointing rather than painful to be ignored for no good reason despite the free campaigns I participated in and even competitions herein for the best of my presence here.
