So, you don't know why betby flagged me, but you say "this is probably due to your betting behaviour". Well, don't mind me, feel free to share with the class my betting activity at betpanda. Unfortunately i can't do it because you decided to ban me for no apparent reason. Everyone will see it's the same as the screenshots i posted a few days ago. High tier Dota 2 betting.

I still have hope you will do the right thing. Not only the deposit but also my winnings, which were won fair and square.

I asked around several contacts of mine, different platforms, where I didn't ask nor they mention what provider they use to ensure no bias [see it like I'm trying to have a double-blind-study here], and though the explanation come in different wordings, broken down, it come to one similar point: that the sportbook division has their own risk assessment team, and they're the one who make the call.

I think this is what happened with you and BetPanda with Betby. The call come from that separate entity. BetPanda reps have no idea the basis of the judgement. Of which, if you read the rest of the rep's explanation carefully [I can understand that you can't see it that way, from the current state you're in] they actually are trying to remedy or counter the situation by having reassessment. Whether that reassessment of their own bear a result where they refund you or not, it'll depend on what they find.

Well, not exactly just BetPanda. Other thread has similar situation with different casino, namely the player got their fund frozen as per the provider's request, on that casino only while their account on other casinos work just fine.

I’ve never had any problem with any other bookmaker either, only with Betpanda. Just like you, I’ve played on many sites (some with Betby odds, some without), and never once have I had funds confiscated or been accused of anything.

I still hold on to a bit of hope that one day they’ll at least send me an email saying they’ll refund my deposit. That’s my money, and nothing in their vague accusations justifies taking it.

I'll gently remind you here that BetPanda here is trying to remedy the situation by reassessing the verdict with their own team. They're trying to act in a good faith and let's give them a chance to act on it, regardless of the outcome, and stay away from calling them names for the time being?

I was banned on 27th of april, and until now, all i got was 2 responses here with the most vague excuses possible, debunked and backed by proof i provided, because they cannot prove any of their claims. Betby this, betby that.

I deposited 2.58987mbtc, played, and got to 18.2mbtc from winnings. 18.2mbtc is worth 1727 EUR at the time i am writing this. Not sure if this what you asked exactly.

I know I wasn't doing it but whatever idiot at betby decides that is a mystery. I dont think u ll ever get the winnings. Although betpanda is my nr 1 bookie for more than a year, super fast withdrawals always, never had any kinda problem with them,  reading lots of negative stuff about them lately and that makes me surprised. well, not defending betpanda for their unacceptable behavour of course but when you even look at the scam accusations lately, almost all of them work with betby. thats the main problem these days. noone offers their own odds since just buying some software as a package is much  easier but that makes the whole sphere a monopoly and when they cant do their jobs properly as in this case, we all got fucked
