If gambling is about to increase your money, do we gamble gradually or we have to take the risk by increasing our stake since it is the purpose that we are gambling, which is to make profit.

The best approach to gambling in my opinion is to know your limits - of course this is about setting a gambling budget, limiting the time you play and being able to control your emotions.
