Bull run or bear market, we need to define the asset in particular that is in bull run. So far, Bitcoin is the only coin that has made a very unique all time high and has been able to stay around that price for long time. As for altcoins, I can't say for sure if we are really in bull run or we are in bear market because nothing seems to working like before, they are flat and not making any moves and the ones that has made moves experienced dump once in a while.

However, if there is one thing I have learn from altcoins is it's always difficult to see something coming, you don't just know when altcoins will start their bull run. When Bitcoin reached above $50,000 to above $100,000 and then dropped from $100,000 to $74,000 and then again reached $105k we can definitely say it was a bull run. If there had been no bull run, Bitcoin would not have been in such a good position. But I think the whole year from 2024 to 2025 will be a bull run. But it doesn't end here, next year 2026 may be much better than 2025. Probably you haven't been paying attention to the bitcoin market and events being discussed here all these while. I see that September will make you 2 years in the forum and just quite unfortunate that you don't know the derivation of a bull event and when it's currently running.
However, I advice you should stay more active in the forum and do more reading so that you can feasibly discover better purchasing events to your portfolio  such as the opportunity of buying at the Dip or regular Dcaing and accumulates ahead of the price increase potential.

Well I don't think we have entered bullrun because even the new uptrend have not break the recent all time high (ATH) so I can  not consider this trend as bullrun because it is still possible for the market to Dip below $100k again and secondly the bullrun should not be your problem as a no or low coiner rather your focus should be how to accumulate enough Bitcoin in your portfolio and I believe when the bullrun will start you won't need someone to explain or tell you because it will be so obvious. You are even more lucky to be available when the bull season is starting, you are more privilege to witness this period also and im sure you are gaining a lot from it, mind you, this period do not last forever and so there is another season that comes after which is called bear season, you've ever witnessed such time before, i think NO, let me explain bear season further for you to be alert to avoid heavy loss if you are not a confident holder.
