The only reason Putin might not go to Brazil is that he is peaceful, and might have to start a war right in Brazil to ensure his own safety. So, it's for the safety of the world that he doesn't go to Brazil... if he doesn't.

In fact, Putin is making changes in the world that the corrupt West will not easily be able to push back against. These changes, after they are fully in place, will allow BRICS to be solidified.
The White House 'Slowpoke' couldn't do anything about this. The only two things that he might be able to do are:
1. Make a literal war against Russia. Gold is too strong for strangle-hold sanctions.
