6-7 months ago I only received negative feedback and these were 2 or 3, I couldn't do anything because they didn't open a report about me,
~snip~

You could have solved the problem in a positive way - because both members who claim to have been scammed in the trade with you are no beginners and have a certain reputation on the forum. I never understand why some people choose such a path, because ignoring the problem only creates an even bigger problem.

~snip~
He also sells subscription for Adobe related stuff though I don't know if Adobe requires KYC but Theymos mentioned Canva which is similar to Adobe products this leaves me with suspicion that he must have made such post with a sales of that nature that is prohibited. Just my opinion.

A few years ago, something similar happened, most of the topics where licenses for one security software were sold were deleted - so although there was no official explanation (as far as I remember), there were speculations that the forum might have received an official request to remove those topics.

The account you're replying to has a habit of just saying things, regardless if they have any truth or substance behind them.

I noticed, unfortunately, that this is not the only account that has the same "method" of communication - write something just for the sake of writing, regardless of whether it is true or makes sense.

What is especially weird about OP's account is that they've written over 3600 posts but their post count says 84. Maybe they self-deleted lots of bumps or something.

The OP was definitely active in his threads, but now the question remains who deleted all those posts and when? One of the members who left negative feedback after being scammed wrote that he noticed that posts started getting deleted after that. In any case, that's a lot of posts and whoever deleted them didn't have an easy task.

If creation of the account requires submission of personal information & verification (KYC) then the answer is "no." The thinking is its not only technically illegal to pretend you are someone else by using an account registered under their name, but its dishonest as well.

If creation of the account doesn't require KYC, then its probably allowed. But it also depends on whether BTC is being accepted for the account sale. If its not, the thread will be deleted.

He definitely ignored the in-message just to keep questioning the actions of mods.

If the forum interpreted things literally like that, then a lot of topics in the Marketplace could be deleted because there is a lot there that is technically illegal, and even more morally questionable. But if no one has a problem with someone selling bank cards registered in someone else's name for years, then what the OP is doing is actually trivial.

He definitely ignored the in-message just to keep questioning the actions of mods.

Maybe it's not about ignoring in the literal sense, but rather misunderstanding the message he received. I hope he got the message now.

hmm... so you only "fix" things after someone open a scam accusation?
makes me think how many people you scammed in the same way that didn't tag or open a report against you.

I don't think the deletion of my threads is related to these,
you are right about that, and lucky for you the forum does not moderate scams, else you would have been nuked long ago.

I think you should first do something about the negative feedbacks in your profile - because who will trade with you if some forum users claim they were scammed in trading with you? As for having one topic where you offer all your "services", that definitely makes sense, because everything can be in one place, and thus you spend less time on endless bumps.
