I suggest adding 2FA verification on withdrawals and making it optional, so users can choose whether to enable it or not. There is always the possibility that someone may leave his phone unlocked with his account open and in that case, 2FA for withdrawals would help keep his funds safe. jmo.

I just checked and it seems katanic is correct. There is no option to convert coins on XYes. This shouldn’t be a problem if withdrawal fees are not high.

I tried accessing the site but the games were not at all loading for some reason.
I tried multiple times but it page was just idle and the games didn't load. Tried different games yet the same thing happened.
So I waited for a few hours and then tried again later and then it worked.
Played few games like Mines, crash, wheel etc.. but I gues today was not my lucky day and I lost most of the games.

I think the reason why you were having difficulties in loading the games could be network issue's.  If you want to access the site ensure our network is stable. From my end the site is always free and fast , but it is Good you were able to access the site and go through some games. Sorry about your lose  today, somedays are like that.

if the bets were made at books with the same provider then he can’t arb because they would have the same lines. Look at the guys bets, was he arbitrage betting to make $5? The rules say that you can’t make bets to guarantee a profit. The player just made good bets and his money was stolen.

I just read the whole ANN thread and it’s scary what’s going on. XYes accused two players of arbitrage betting where the amounts that they bet say 100% that they aren’t arbitrage players. Maybe some posters didn’t look at the bet slips because anyone that looked at the bet slips knows they didn’t arb. I’ve been here 11 years and have been gambling longer than that and I’ve never seen anything like this.

You should not have played on a day when the games weren't loading properly at your end. Yes, it could be the Internet connection at your end but more often i have seen that when things aren't going smoothly initially for any task, it is better to stop it, else more chance are that you have face a loss in it. I guess that what happened and bad luck hit you. I hope you kept your risk in control so that you can come back another day without any significant financial loss.
