I will never get married, so I won't have to get through a divorce. This "financial infidelity" thing would never be a problem for me. Marriage contracts are not common in my country. Most divorces are settled in court and I still haven't heard about a divorce, where the ex-husband and his ex-wife would have to split a wallet, that has cryptocurrencies. I've experienced "financial infidelity" in my own family. My father had hidden from my mother that he has debts(before they got married). Later on, he revealed that he had debts to pay, and that was a major problem for the their marriage. This happened more than 30 years ago, so crypto wasn't a thing back then.

Usually, people don't get divorced without a reason; there is always a reason, and at least one will look offended. So if a woman has the opportunity to take everything for herself, then I'm with her; let the man start all over again.
Merely reading these sentences, I can immediately see someone supporting her fellow female with ultimate bias, you think the man starting all over again is the best option? What if the woman was the infidel one and had more finances, would you prefer that the man takes everything, and the woman starts all over again? or do you think men are the only causes of divorce? Your statement reiterates women as gold diggers who use marriage as their gold mine, and it is not a very good image. There is no need to look for justice where there is none; marriages do not fall apart just like that. If you do not have a marriage contract, then there is nothing to think about.
Marriage contracts are the best, it surely saves men from women that thinks like you in the event of separation and ensures they the men are not victimized I understand the indignation of men now, but there is a good expression: women do not leave real men, and if he leaves, then the ex-wife has every right to take everything as compensation for moral damage and time wasted on this idiot. The expression should be two sided, Men too hardly leave Good, submissive and supportive wives, my mum was one and my father never even thought of it. FYI I had a cousin who marries an Australian and the wife went to the extent of bringing a youngie to their matrimonial bed and when caught, she filed for divorce. In this case is she not the idiot and does she even have the right to claim a dime upon divorce as against the fortune she claimed? My punchline is this, nobody is entirely innocent in any divorce proceeding, every party must have contributed in one way or the other and direct victimization of men is not a balanced approach to divorce. If a man feels safe and secured in his marriage, he would not be compelled to hide his finances. We can take a lesson from the player Achraf Hakimi who said that he sought out ways to protect his finance after his wife's comment one morning during an argument which she threatened him with divorce and its implications.

In my country women actually don't have right over a man's property even if the law says so, because my country every region has there own law and what ever the law or traditions says is what is mostly followed. In my town a woman will only take what belongs to her in the husband's house and then go, but if the woman is with the children the man most make sure he sends child's support to the ex wife and majority the children always go with the women because the women always take care of the children more than the men.
I really don't understand what is actually happening to marriage this days, how will you marry someone and still cheat on the person and later on divorce the person, why not stay single if you are not ready to marry than breaking someone's heart into pieces. I think a law should be made about marriage deceit so those who get married and in the space of some months or years cheat or breaks there partners heart will be punished, a lot of depression and suicide are because of heart break and is getting worst this days.

There are very few people who are not aware of their responsibilities. People in every country of the world do everything for their own interests. So, whether it is a wife or a husband, everyone tries to live their own way without caring about anyone. And this survival is easier if you invest in BTC. Whatever the rules, money is needed to live a good life. Which is possible to earn from Bitcoin.

If a man doesn't treat his family well and spends his money carelessly, he deserves to be forced by the court to provide for them. But if the court uncovers that the woman is a gold digger, she should go with nothing. The case of PSG footballer Hakimi is a clear example of how women target rich folks and steal from them through divorce. The Moroccan player was smart to register all he owned in his mother's name.

Oh wow, you didn’t just say that! Come on,,, it’s not all that easy having to start again. It’s true though that marriage doesn’t just come to an end without there being a course, it’s often pushed for by either party though and they always have a reason for this. However, I always feel if you loved someone that much at some point, it should have the kind of appreciation Robert had in the Hollywood acrimony movie.
Don’t know how these justice could be measured and dished out but, I just think these can’t be quantified let alone given in marriages. Though, there really are those situations when you just want a party to this to get all they could and leave because, there is a wickedness being done.
Yeah, I don't understand why it's so easy to blame the man. In such cases, usually both are at fault, but I think we shouldn't be too quick to jump into conclusions. Especially if you are at fault, I find it extremely petty and toxic to basically steal the other person's hardware wallet out of spite, I don't know about you, but I personally find it extremely malicious. If it's money that I acquired on my own, and provided that I have the means to recover it, it's mine no matter what. If on the other hand it was acquired through joint accounts, then it's fair to split them in half. Certainly, if you don't have the seed phrase, you'll have to co-operate, but anyone in the right mind would have thought of having more recovery options. That is the society i think we've found ourselves today, it's so easy to blame the man whenever there is a divorce and the woman automatically becomes a victim, even though she might be the villain in the marriage. I believe this is so because our court system has placed the woman at an advantage position, which is why I will advocate for some of the laws that associate with couples getting a divorce should be reviewed, because it's placing the men already at the bottom of the pyramid. There are some situations that the woman wouldn't release the hardware wallet if is in her possession, even though she does not have the seed phrase, she might just decide to hold it on to herself just to make sure she witch hunts you and frustrate The co-poration process so nobody gets access to the coins.

The laws are usually against the male folks.
In the western countries precisely, where I come from if you divorce your husband, you have no claim to anything that is not registered in your name and neither does your husband have right to properties that are not his, but after court proceedings and it is your husband's fault that the home is broken, he would be compelled by the court to pay you damages, but not in any way to share his fortune with you. However, the husband is compelled to pay child support for his children. If a woman is richer and wants a divorce due to her own fault, I hope the court will just give the man all. I pray the western courts thinks in that direction, from what I saw with my cousin's case, they only protect the lady's interest and worse still if the husband is not origin is not of the country.

It is really tough when old traditions or local rules in country ignore official laws especially when it comes to women rights to property after divorce. And this is also common in my country too. Women mostly can not get what is rightfully theirs from their husband house and can only take their own things even though mothers usually get custody and child support it still leaves many women struggling financially. Your anger about cheating in marriages and how it leads to heartbreak and depression and even suicide makes perfect sense. This shows importantance of honesty and committment in marriage. Law against marriage deceit could really help by punishing those who cheat or break hearts making marriage vows more serious and possibly reducing number of people suffering from heartbreak.

There are some cases in which the woman deserves half and even more of the family properties. I know some women who married their husbands when they were poor and these women supported these men until they became wealthy. Some of them were even partners in family businesses. Divorcing these hardworking women without substantial compensation would be wrong. In fact, these women deserve more than the men. The law in your country should also protect women's interests against exploiters. Some men will take advantage of this law to divorce their wives because they want to bring in another woman.

I think that in France, there aren't many cases in which one spouse seeks out the other's coins, and therefore no real specialist, like the one in this CNBC article.
In France, there are different types of marriage contracts, and in some cases, it's not mandatory to split the assets acquired during the marriage (depending on the contract).
How does this work in your country, and what would you do with your coins in the event of a divorce?
Actually its a bit of an headache if we do speak about marriage contracts or whatsoever but in general we do know that once both had been that shackled out with marriage then all of their assets whether they have acquired it on their pre-marriage then it would be turned out to be conjugal. I dont know totally if there would be other terms or conditions in other marriage on such aspect but since you have mentioned about these kind of arrangement about having that financial infidelity on which it shocks me that you can potentially be imprisoned just because of becoming a fraud or whatever it called. Why people are just that too serious about acquiring or knowing all the money that you've been that holding? Its understandable that there shouldnt be something be hidden but if there's one then its up into someones personal choice into this aspect because if we do tend to look up on the reasons such as this then it falls down into that personal reason too on which we do commonly known issues in between relationships specially if we are talking or speaking about financial aspects. Humans are naturally greedy but not all but majority will be always that securing themselves and thats why they would be fighting into something just for the sake of money or getting their part specially on the issue of divorce on which they would be trying out to dig on whatever things that could be possibly dig. In regarding about crypto holdings then as long that your partner isnt aware then you can totally be able to keep it hidden unless if there's someone who knows about your holding but if you are honest and transparent into your partner and telling about your crypto investment then expect that he/she would be including it out when it comes into the time of separation.

Financial infidelity refers to the act of withholding important financial information, such as debts, expenses, income, or assets, from one's partner in an attempt to deceive or control the couple's financial situation. This can include secret bank accounts, hidden investments or holdings of cryptocurrencies. This phenomenon can have serious consequences particularly during divorce. If hidden accounts are discovered, this can, depending on the country, have various legal consequences such as a tax audit but also prosecution for fraud, etc... https://www.cnbc.com/2023/05/20/bitcoin-in-divorce-how-spouses-hide-assets-crypto-hunters-find-them.htmlIn the case, DiMichael said, the husband had a Ledger and then the wife found the device in the house and took it. “So the wife had the Ledger, but she didn’t know the pin number, or password. And the husband — he knew the pin number, but he didn’t have the Ledger.”
Neither could access the funds without the cooperation of the other. From the cases described I did not quite understand the one where the wife found the Ledger. I got that she could not access the coins because she did not have the pin code and password but what was the problem for the husband he could still use his seed phrase to access his coins and move them to another address if needed. In any case it was proof during the divorce that the husband had assets half of which he would need to give to his wife. No one wants to think about the possibility of divorce when everything is going well but unfortunately divorces happen quite often, and maybe it is something worth considering in advance. Still I believe it is important to have trust in a family, and hiding something from your wife is already a sign of possible problems leading to divorce.

Divorce is really sad, so that it should not be the first to choose a gentle gentle girl. Although it is becoming very difficult. Only in this case betrayal does not come. Betrayal is in many cases, such as keeping your own deposit in the job. But not something like this, as if your did your father. If he borrowed for some reason, then everyone would have helped to pay. Then no people in the family had any trouble. Even though my father was borrowing like this and everyone knew. That is why all kinds of loans are repaid very soon, it did not affect any betrayal. But I don't think there was Bitcoin or other currency. Because it's about 3 decades ago .

I believe the financial infidelity most happen in the western world due to the laws that favor some gender over others, and I believe the law need to be amendment because some of the favor gender (woman) are abusing the benefits through the habit of using to steal from some man and turning them into something they didnt wanted. Besides, some men have lost their lives through the act by committing suicide.
Having said that, in my country that issue of financial infidelity are hardly seen because the law seems to favor both side, but the woman has right over her husband properties, and the man can choose to compensate her so she can start a new life (because we have some woman which dedicate their whole life and career to the marriage), while he also pays for the childrens expense.

The user is retarded and just posting nonsense for the campaign that they are in, don't even respond to it. I believe the financial infidelity most happen in the western world due to the laws that favor some gender over others, and I believe the law need to be amendment because some of the favor gender (woman) are abusing the benefits through the habit of using to steal from some man and turning them into something they didnt wanted. It is not so probable that the world will change in your favor, don't wait for miracles. Protect yourself with time. Never enter into a marriage without a contract in a system that has joint assets. Somebody who really loves you and has no sinister motives will sign any number of contracts for you, they could not care less if they don't receive a single dollar in case they lose you.. Somebody who does not really love you, and is looking out for financial interest is not like that. Sometimes divorce, on the contrary, is a real deliverance Yes, some people don't understand that many partners are devils in disguise. You can't see the devil if it is not showing. They show their true face eventually. The good person in that deal deserves divorce, and it should be seen as a liberating action not as a sad one. Is it sad to leave someone who is abusive or only looks out for their interests? Of course not.

I always disliked this 50/50 rule because it is being abused by many in foreign countries, one of the partners, go for divorce more motivately by knowing in return I will get 50% of the other. Most of the times males don't care how much their future wives have, and they marry them and later those wives have nothing to give after divorce but to take more. In my country, there is no such rule but we have Mehar, so basically when a person is getting married, an agreement is made on the marriage contract that if this person divorces his wife, the wife will get money fixed in the contract. Besides that money, husband who if have taken dowry have to return it but most of the time husbands don't ask for dowry but the family of the wife gave them as gift to their daughter. So after divorce, most of the time, husband returns those gifts. If we speak about how is crypto related here, then hiding crypto is very easy if one don't want his wife to know about it. Although there is no rule of 50/50 so, no pressure.

~snip~ How does this work in your country, and what would you do with your coins in the event of a divorce?
For me, the matter is very simple - if I bought something with my own money, I take care of it at my expense and it is exclusively my responsibility, why would I give half of it to anyone in any legal procedure, including divorce? Even simpler if no one knows I have it - it's up to me what to do with it, spend it or leave it to someone I think deserves it.

It is not in all cases that the woman is a gold digger.
For sure not all woman is a gold digger, but if someone is a gold digger, it must be a woman. The law in your country should also protect women's interests against exploiters. Some men will take advantage of this law to divorce their wives because they want to bring in another woman.
I'm sure in every countries, their regulations and laws are always give edge on women. I don't see anything wrong for men choose to divorce to bring in another woman, it's a respect for his ex-wife. He already know he can't continue with her, so he ask for divorce instead of cheating. Usually when men want to get another woman, he already has a good financial, his ex-wife will get alimony, at the end of the day, woman always on advantage.

For the moment, the majority indicates that he would be willing to share, I still have some doubts overall. Especially when we see the statistics on unpaid alimony (in Europe and the USA, around 30 to 40% of alimony is unpaid or partially paid). If one of the two does not want to pay alimony for his/her own children, I do not see what will motivate him/her to share his/her cryptos that he/she probably bought without talking to his wife/husband during the marriage...
I don't really support this, couples hiding things from each other suggest a union lacking trust. I grew up to my mother knowing my father's investment and financial dealings and I'll not want to get involved with someone I'll be hiding my funds for. It really sucks and would be very de-energizing. Yes, if found out that one partner is hiding some financial details from the other, it may cause some resentment on the party if the faithful one. In a marriage, you should marry your friend and someone you can relate things to, even your secrets, so what's the point hiding it? Unless of course you notice your spouse isn't as honorable as you thought. If I have your seed phrases by mistake for hidden funds, since you had the mind to hide it. I'll be friendly enough to take half of the funds and leave half for you and I'll not agree I did it, after all, you didn't want me having any in the first place.
