Uhh... not sure if I'm overstepping here, but I've actually discuss this with Kirito and that's what he was about to address by Monday or Tuesday, as he's quite occupied with matters in the mean time. I'll nudge him again to make a post and/or if I am allowed to relay the message for him.

I read, you posted that you have read ToS of duckdice.

Are they scaming users in your Point of View? Or you think the Tos was just for me and was not for the entire site users?
And we dont know if they will even response. I mean the person you said is much occupied with things is really doing chtchat in duckdice https://imgur.com/a/1KDLvUt

The other mod Bobstone is always chating there if you visit you will see how free they are.

From what Kirito explained to me, it's more like a shitty situation rather than an attempt to scam users. And definitely the ToS was not tailored just for you. They simply didn't update the terms. However, as the terms still there [and I have a screenshot of it it in my device, for future reference if needed], I believe Kirito will make a good decision and do the right thing by following the ToS and fulfill it from their end. I'll make sure of it.

About him being occupied and "doing chitchat" in live support, I believe it called "job desc."? Namely regardless how busy you are, you still have some duty to do? Take me for instance, I still have to handle my IRL matters despite I'm in a situation from earlier this week up to this day. Doesn't mean I can just stop what my IRL work demand me to do.

Kirito's though, means he need to be online and reply to support for couple of hours [minutes?] every day. Probably when he's on the road or when he waits for a flight. I know a representative or two who replied to my chat when they're mid-flight.

Those said, rest assured that I've nudged him again today and will continue on nudging him until we get to the bottom of this case.

And the screnshot I attached is from public chat not from support. The support chat is closed in duckdice for almost 4 days now. Or maybe itnclosed for me.

Like... in other POV, if you demanded that Kirito update us all by himself here [which, he intended to, but circumstances didn't allow him] instead of updating "only me", thus I can't have all of my posts on this thread as I also barely know nothing, thus I don't have any post here, it'll lead us to a situation where this thread is still clueless of what happen and what will happen.

And about ToS, if I may explain further from my discussion with Kirito, that clause was actually meant to be removed, wage from bonus was never meant to count toward level progressing, it's been like that for a while. But apparently they forgot to update the ToS, and thus I asked Kirito to kindly respect the ToS they bind themselves with you, because it's their fault to not updating the ToS and removing that clause.

Now, if I may brush further and as I've previously informed, I am pursuing DD to honor that ToS and advance your level, so you can get more with faucet, as you wished it to be. However, it will be wise to inform you that [and I get this from other casino reps, ages ago] casinos has strict policy about faucet. It's meant to be a way for player to keep on playing and keep them entertained when they wait for their deposit to be processed and other similar situations where they want to bet but running out of fund.

Keyword here is: casino's faucet is for fun, not to accumulate wealth.

So... keep that in mind, in case you're intending to claim as much as you can and withdraw them.

As I said, I've been in touch with him and he informed me that he's currently busy with other matter, but he'll return. He hoped it could be by Monday or Tuesday, if I have to be precise. In the meantime, I've crosschecked and verified the terms as per you screnshotted and I have it stored in my device. I'll walk with Kirito to make this right.

All I need from you, is patience. I'm nudging Kirito periodically so we can clear this thing up by the time he's available to the forum. Monday or Tuesday. Can we do that?

Sorry for not attending to this sooner, it went under our radar for a while. Our main BTT talk liaison has been preoccupied.

The issue is that OP says he was 'scammed' because he used our deposit bonus, believing it should contribute to his levelling up. Unfortunately, this was not the case; we had to remove it some time ago because it was leading to certain abuse mechanisms.

The issue on our side? We hadn't updated a FAQ section that we don't even have a link to on the main page anymore, as we are aware it is woefully out of date.

However, we recognise it's not ok to display out-of-date information, so we have refunded the original user 25 dollars (5 dollars more than their original deposit bonus claim) today.

Sorry, it took a while, but can we please recognise that this is an over-the-top response, a scam? My lord.


Hope, regardless, since the original amount has been refunded, can we consider this matter settled now?

Hello bobstone, may I know if you have refunded to all the users the same? It was not only me who get SCAMMED but thousands of users, Your admin was informed (I got evidences)  almost 2 months ago. Why the action was not taken? I Have opened a case on Askgambler.

The ToS at duckdice promised that that your level will increase, Your referral can get the commission from deposit bonus and you can increase the faucet amount to claim real money. If you think your ToS was out of date it was still live on your website which make impact.

Like I didnt cancel the deposit bonus because of your ToS. I wanted at a stag to cancel it but when I read the ToS it was horrible. so the ToS that benifits you are ok but the ToS that benefits users somehow is not ok?

We have acknowledged your concern and addressed it personally, offering a refund that 1) we are not obliged to offer in this circumstance, 2) your concern wasn't even regarding the bonus directly, but a secondary effect you wish was still in play.

Of course like all casinos, we reserve the right to amend any bonus offering we have at any time so that we can be flexible in responding to all eventualities, in this case, you even made it obvious why deposit bonus offering does not count towards levelling up any longer, as you used 20 dollars, and wagered it up too 1800 USD you said, an amount which can allow you to gain access to bonuses like our faucet and see a easy return of that 20 dollars via that offer. Since many players utilised the bonus with this in mind, it offered too much advantage towards the player vs the casino and was adjusted, something which is always a careful balance of being fair, but remaining profitable.

Throwing words like 'scam' so flippantly is why we don't generally bother engaging on this platform any longer, and I doubt I'll have anything more to say in this thread either.

But I think most of the users are already aware of this change, they never bothered to read the terms. So, the FAQ page and terms clauses don't matter for most of the users, isn't it?

So when when a platform posts in official terms at official page of the platform, and then later says those terms don’t apply is it sounds legit? Why should I not call you scammers?

Could you please also share a link of a screenshot or a video about this conversation? It would be so much helpful when one is trying to look deep into the case before making a conclusion about who is in the good and who is in the bad side.
