Notice that no one from Trezor replied, could this Trezor forum be somewhat abandoned?
Maybe it's not as high on their priority list as it could be. I opened a few random threads here and there just to see if Trezor team members take part in the discussions by offering help and solutions. Sometimes they do, other times they don't. I can see users with 'Customer Support' and 'Trezor Expert' tags replying to posts as old as a few days. So, they are active occasionally.
My guess is that those with 'Customer Support' tags are official Trezor reps, while the 'Trezor Experts' are regular community members who earn those tags either automatically or following a manual review by an admin.
