Actually, I just tested the access to the webpage and had no problem whatsoever to access to the casino. It did not even asked me to go through some captcha verification, so I believe there must be something going on with your browser or perhaps you are using some VPN or Tor in order to conceal your IP address in some way.
Anyways, it has been checked the problem seems to be at your end.
Hopefully this won't become something recurrent with your experience with stake, otherwise I would recommend you to contact customer service to check of they can offer you some solution in the long term.

There are times when they are in maintenance, and this actually happened to me in the past using Stake.com. So, I tried my best to look for another option to access it, and I found different websites that are still owned by Stake.com.
Let's understand that this ain't a perfect company, they will be having updates and maintenance so might as well learn about different websites to access it.

i have been trying for past hour or two i don't know

I am also experiencing this every time I try to log in, but not for that long, like you've been experiencing. If you're using Chrome, I recommend you use Firefox or Brave. I can always log in every time I change my browser. Another issue is your internet speed i have to upgrade my connection when I was having a hard time accessing cloudflare based sites , and browser extensions, try disabling extensions you are using and see if you can log in sometimes it has to do with extensions.

You can try Firefox or duckduckgo if you do not fancy using edge. I personally try to avoid chrome as much as possible for privacy reasons and if the issue is from them, there are other options you can try until it i fixed.

i don't use vpn. don't know how to use it and can't afford to either

There are free vpns, but if you do not like using it and have not needed to before now, you should not have to.

I am not sure advising VPNs is the way to get them on stake as technically I dont think they like VPN use. They do have a bunch of mirrors users can use. The players can try a few of those if having issues

I was not advising the use of VPNs, I was responding specifically to their reply about not being able to afford it. They should be aware that there are free, good options they can use if they need it for something else. In the second part of my message I was informing them they do not have to use it if they do not want to and also have not needed to.
