I think you should try to describe your problem in more detail... because right now, that makes little sense.

When you say "export my Guarda wallet," what exactly are you doing? Are you trying to import a seed phrase into a different wallet, or are you looking for a receiving address within Guarda wallet itself?  These are two completely different things.

If you are importing a seed phrase and getting a different address, that usually means you are using the wrong seed phrase or the new wallet you are importing into uses a different derivation path than Guarda wallet. Or maybe you forgot about the 25th word/passphrase?

thanks for pointing this out. i am importing my trx wallet from guarda using the 12 seed phrase and passkey. the words are correct but I keep getting a different address

I only tried using the web wallet, but if you are using the mobile app version, it should be similar.  There is a cog icon that should take you to the wallet management section and from there you will see an option to view the private key to your TRX wallet. Import the private key found here instead of the mnemonic into Trust Wallet and it will generate the same address.

Then you should move your TRX out of Guarda Wallet and into a new wallet. Importing a private key or mnemonic into a hot wallet is a security risk anyways and it should only be done to restore your funds and then move them out.

Unless I’m missing something, you still seem to have access to your funds on Guarda Wallet, so there was no reason to import the key into another hot wallet. You should have just created a new seed in Trust and transferred your funds directly if that is the wallet you wanted to switch to.

Im not really sure whats going on here, but if you really used a private key and copied and pasted correctly, its practically impossible to get a different wallet address. Every private key is tied to one unique public key, and that means one unique address.

I am unable to send my funds out of guarda that is why I have been trying to import the wallet to other wallets so I can move the funds. i have tried importing it to about 20 different wallets providers and it still did not show my tron balance.

the money is in the wallet when I check in the block chain but I cant send it out for days now. when I try importing gurda trx wallet to trust wallet, I get a different trx address with  zero balance.

the support haven't been helpful. they kept giving me generic responses like wait for technical team, we will get back to you if anything is found. this is about 5 days and nothing has been done.

Not familiar with Altcoins that much but i tried creating multiple wallets, imported their private keys and it did work, i could see same address, until i tried using the mnemonic seed i got from their web-app.
Try typing out the private key on trust wallet  instead of copying first  , if it still doesn't import it  then:
Do it the other way round  , import your private key on their web-app https://guarda.com/app (not a good practice but left with no choice) check if it returns same address , if it does  then try performing a transaction there.. if same error still occurs then  i don't think there's anymore thing you can do (maybe) than waiting for the support response..
