Either VISA or MasterCard.  I need this ASAP.  I don't even need the card, I just need the numbers to place an order online.

there are many places where you can get this,  just go google preloaded VCC.  You find many that do this.

Why dont you just buy a paysafecard?

Will do the same good as a normal creditcard and is also anonymous!
