PayJoin is very useful for improving Bitcoin privacy and it can also be used for saving fees for multiple transactions.
First version of Payjoin was BIP-78 and it had limitation of requiring both parties to be online, or run a server to coordinate a transaction.
In Payjoin V2 (BIP-77) this limitation is now removed by using asynchronous, serverless PayJoin transactions.
This is easy to use with a simple switch of a button, and one of the first wallet supporting Payjoin V2 is Cake wallet.

To enable PayJojn V2 in Cake wallet download and install the latest version, go to Privacy, enable PayJoin option, and click on Receive to see PayJoin enabled with QR code:

This page from the Bitcoin Wiki also has some information on PayJoins but it's not updated regularly.
According to them, Mutiny Wallet also supports PayJoins partially and only for sending.

Bull Bitcoin is technically an exchange and OTC desk, but they claim to be a non-custodial service. If that is true, you might call it a wallet also. This is their mobile wallet. Anyways, they support Payjoin and BIP-77 for sending and receiving.

Here are a few links. Add it to the list if you think it fits.

You messed up your spelling for Sparrow Wallet in your OP. It says 'Spparow wallet'. Maybe you would like to fix that.

This will be a great excuse for Bitcointalk account farmers when they're caught sending funds linked to their alt accounts: "we're not alts, I used Payjoin!"....

I won't be adding this wallet.
As far as I know know Mitiny wallet project doesn't exist anymore, and their website and wallet is not working:
https://blog.mutinywallet.com/mutiny-timeline/

Fixed.
Thank you for noticing.

BullBitcoin's wallet was the first to implement Payjoin v2
Still in beta, and they are advertising more as Bitcoin-only exchange service.
I didn't know there was a race who is going to be the first wallet with Payjoinv vw2 support, but I never heard about Bull Bitcoin wallet, that speaks about it's ''popularity''.
Anyway, added to the list.

This will be a great excuse for Bitcointalk account farmers when they're caught sending funds linked to their alt accounts: "we're not alts, I used Payjoin!"....

You are probably right about that. Now when I think about it, I remember that there was some talk on this forum that they are shutting down. But there was also talk about being able to self host Mutiny, something that is confirmed in that blog post you shared. However, that's not something your typical user will want to do or know how to do.

Still in beta, and they are advertising more as Bitcoin-only exchange service.
They are, yes. But it's non-custodial. As long as you have the keys, you can also view it as a wallet. I see it as Bisq. Bisq is a decentralized exchange but the wallet you create there is non-custodial, with you having its seed phrase.

...but I never heard about Bull Bitcoin wallet, that speaks about it's ''popularity''.
Bull Bitcoin's target audience are Canadians. I have heard it mentioned in that context. For example, Ben from BTC Sessions talks about them in some of his videos.

I found this page that track status of PayJoin integration on various wallet, https://github.com/orgs/payjoin/projects/1/views/7. And out of curiousity, have anyone actually perform any PayJoin? If yes, which merchant/shop support it?

This will be a great excuse for Bitcointalk account farmers when they're caught sending funds linked to their alt accounts: "we're not alts, I used Payjoin!"....

Don't give them ideas.

This will be a great excuse for Bitcointalk account farmers when they're caught sending funds linked to their alt accounts: "we're not alts, I used Payjoin!"....

That only works if it's a bitcoin transfer, or LTC/DOGE (less likely), not with ETH, TRX, BNB, USDT etc.

I am wondering though when are we going to see Silent Payments implemented in wallets. Then it would be much easier for users to send funds to each other without address reuse.

And out of curiousity, have anyone actually perform any PayJoin? If yes, which merchant/shop support it?
Last time I checked BTCPay Server was accepting PayJoin transactions, and maybe other services that integrated BTCPay Server.
There was issues with older version of PayJoin but v2 is now serverless so it should be much better adoption.

I found a list of different services, exchanges and wallets that support PayJoin or they have plans to add it later:
