I have come across different threads discussing trading.
I was initially interested in trading even before I joined this forum, but ever since, I have not met anyone willing to teach me.
Most of the videos I have seen on YouTube are too complex, especially those using tools like the OctaFX App and Exness Trade App.
I am looking for someone who can teach me or recommend a website or link where I can learn trading in a simple and easy-to-understand way.

These videos and guides you see online that you feel are complex worth studying if you want to be a good trader. Trading is not an easy thing, you have to dedicate your time to learn, you don’t need to rush in trading because you will lose money; therefore, you need to take your time to read and understand all these videos and tutorials, then read some books recommended to you and some important links that already shared to you here.

Having a crypto mentor is not bad as well, but relying fully on the mentor is bad because everyone can make mistake and since it involves money, any mistake can lead to loss of money which you can’t hold your mentor responsible for.

However, have your knowledge first, then take advices and learn from your mentor, if you apply all these, you will be a good trader and will achieve a lot. But remember, you don’t rush for all these; and make you don’t borrow money to trade and trade any amount you can afford to lose.

Mentors have their fair share of losses as well, but since they are trying to build a positive identity as a trader, they don’t have to advertise their losses but keep it only private. So these mentors still cannot guarantee profit assurance, but they can be of great help in developing your full potentials as a trader.

However, if you can’t find one for now, then work on you own, learn on your own. Trading, no matter how hard and complex it is, if you keep your due diligence to keep learning, you will definitely improve your trading performances as long as you also keep consistent exposure into the field of trading.

Rather than to pay someone to teach you, you can learn trading from Internet which is free. You can use Google as your way to find so many good lesson and you can learn from that. You can skip the video about OctaFX and Exness Trade App and make your keyword to the point.

Agreed, not everybody needs mentor, you might never know if you're good than the individual you're going to meet for mentorship. Every mentor are like us and don't have any special talents. Trading relies on experience hence when you start gathering enough experience from your failures and that of others, you'll understand how to trade better and starts making a profits. Mentors charge alot for mentorship hence they aren't the best options financially. You have all the information you need available on the internet. What you have to know now is how to search for the information and you can get that without needing a mentor to help you with that. Mentorship isn't a bad idea for those upcoming traders that can afford it but for those that can't, you can still make it on your own.

I tell you what, you might find a trading mentor but they are not going to wholly commit in teaching you. What they'll end up telling you are the strategies and potential ones that might work for you but still, in the end you're the one who's going to test them and if they're going to work for you. The more experience you have, the more knowledge you'll acquire and that's why it doesn't look that you've got a mentor but you're doing it on your own while having those strategies you've learned from that mentor is likely also open and free to the public from various resources.

It’s okay to find a mentor as that will help you make your trading journey easier, however it’s still best to accept the challenge and learn it on your own, by taking consideration also the experiences of those successful traders now and learn lessons from them. Believe me, what’s only hard is just the beginning, once you have started to grasp the key strategies to win in trading, you will find it easier and comfortable to trade then.

Embrace your imperfections that turn into losses in trading, everyone started from the scratch. That will motivate you to exert more time and effort to learn, that is if you really want to hit your targets, and to be successful trader in the long run. Don’t rely everything on the trading mentor alone, you should be the mentor of your own, remember that.

Mentors are good to have but it would be too fine, if you are able to have your friend or colleague as mentor rather than a stranger.

I tend to agree with this, and this is supposedly my suggestion too.
It's hard to put trust in a stranger on the internet that you don't know, you can't trust them all.
Or maybe someone is sending a PM with OP now offering a service, but in the end, there's an evil plan to scam you.

If you can't find anything from your colleague or something you teach nearby physically, then work on your own and learn independently.  
There are countless videos on YouTube that you can follow.
No matter how hard it is, you will see improvement as long as you diligently keep learning and maintain consistent exposure to the field of trading.  
With persistence, you will enhance your trading performance on your own.

You can learn independently. If you can't meet directly someone around you who really has the ability to be a mentor, I suggest you to learn yourself. It is too risky to look for a mentor through this forum or any social media. Many of them are scammers, they look like professional traders but they are not. They may only share common trading knowledge that you can find it out yourself.

You should learn it gradually. You don't immediately learn about trading tools, analyzing charts, and other complex things. You need to learn the basic things firstly. When you really master the basic things, you can learn those further knowledge.

Mentors are good to have but it would be too fine, if you are able to have your friend or colleague as mentor rather than a stranger. Because, guiding you for crypto space and especially for crypto trading must be a long process which means you cannot afford to spend for mentorship for long duration and also your friend will know what you exactly need to know or what kind of explanation will be better for you to understand a concept easily etc.

Some people may be ready to guide you for free of cost still that must be a limited source in my opinion. If you want learn by heart then you should be learning in a way you could ask unlimited doubts for any time. For this reason, I suggest you to check with your friends and colleague.

Indeed because mentors are like a tour guide for the tourist/newbies to not get lost in the jungle, as we know there are now a plethora of information available online.

And yeah that our friends seem to be more accessible and affordable (if ever they still charge us a fee) since they already know us anyway but I think the OP have checked his friends already because they are only close to us. He even said that he still haven't find a mentor yet. Oh well, the long wait is over for the OP, since he is already here in our beloved forum. There are lots of great people here that can help him on his journey on becoming an expert trader  .

The problem is that someone who knows how to trade won't necessarily be a good mentor. But even if you are lucky enough to find such a trader, you should be prepared for the fact that his services will be too expensive for you, and what is available for free is not a panacea.

There's a lot of good traders out there but of course most of them don't want just to be a mentor, though you need money to hire them to be serious at you. Anyway, you can follow Emperor at X he was giving free PDFs regarding trading, it's easy to understand and you will learn a lot from him. There are also a couple of Youtubers that is a good trader but they are not available for a mentorship.

If you have money, you can hire someone to be your mentor, don't expect someone. Also, if someone claim to be a mentor and ask you to send the details of your wallet, etc. don't believe in them, you can learn by yourself without mentor and you can utilize AI (ChatGPT) to explain things that might be too complicated to understand.

Is funny when you said no one is willing to teach you, maybe you have not asked anyone you know have so much knowledge of trading that is why it seems like no one wants to help you learn when you want to. For me I will say you look for someone who is capable of doing the needful. Is not easy to start teaching someone something such as trading, mistakes will be made and you need to be patient with the system especially the person teaching you too but if you go online like a site it won't be as understandable that much as when you learn one on one with someone you know, contact can be made on how you guys can be taking care of business, you know what mean.

There are many mentors who offer an understanding of how to trade and now we can see some of them even opening special classes.
But you need to be careful because not everyone is able to provide a good trading experience. If you want to learn trading, you can start with some reference sources that have been given by people but you are required to make your own analysis.

Trading also has several categories, be it spot trading, futures and Scalping although there are several others but I only mentioned three that we commonly use.
When you want to do that, you must first recognize which trade is suitable to do and not everyone is suitable to do all three at once because it may be a bit risky especially for beginners.

When you are claiming you built this bot, then you may give out vouch copy of your bot to the traders who are ranked Sr. member or higher. They will test your bot with paper trading and will post here for open discussion. Moreover, there had been hundreds of similar trading bots got promoted here but this community found nothing worked as per the given promises. So, I am out for obvious reasons.

Having a mentor is also quite important. But before that, you must first learn the basic things in the analysis needed for trading. Because if you don't know basic analysis then you will only be vulnerable to being deceived by people who pretend to want to teach you. For things that are theoretical and can be learned by reading, it is better to do it yourself. Meanwhile, for sentimental and fundamental analysis, we need a mentor who is quite reliable. But finding a truly reliable mentor is quite difficult. because most of them are ordinary traders who understand basic analysis but they claim to be expert traders and also open VIP classes to learn trading and the like. even though they just need additional capital for their trading. And usually people who are truly experts in trading prefer not to open trading classes or anything like that, because they already feel that they have enough of the profits they get from trading itself. so be careful. And my advice is to learn all the basics first in a self-taught way.

Ser, what we plebs actually need to do is to SAVE and HODL a part of our salary in one of the hardest assets in the world - Bitcoin. The billionaires are HODLing it, the Nation-States will HODL it, we plebs should be HODLing it as well.

Plus don't treat is as a "trade" or an "investment". Treat your Bitcoin savings as a hedge against your fiat savings.

The trading apps you've mentioned are mostly used for binary trading, and that's very risky and isn't recommended for people who are completely new in the trading scene. You will find a lot of videos showing you how you can profit from these platforms, you will even see a lot of ads on social media and around the internet promoting these platforms, but you shouldn't think that it's easy money and anyone can do it because it's not; you will basically be guessing whether the price of an asset will go up or down in this kind of trading, and it's similar to gambling with only difference that you are betting on real-time market prices instead of games.

I would suggest that you start doing research about crypto trading, and mostly focus on spot trading because futures and leverage trading is again risky for a newbie like you. You should start by first learning about the industry as a whole, learn about Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies, then slowly move towards trading platforms such as exchanges, such as Binance and Bitget, to name a few. Once you become familiar with those, you can move toward learning trading practices.

You can find a bunch of resources that can help you get started with a simple Google search, or better yet, you can even use an AI model to learn the basics, they can give you better instructions, just make sure you double-check the facts given by the AI.

Sometimes, in order to create shortcuts on learning, we develop this kind of mindset to just hire a mentor so that the learning will be easier and faster, without realizing that effective learning will only happen if you strive to learn on your own and you learn by doing. Although it’s never a bad idea if you have the budget for it, but if you aim to be practical, you should never spend some penny unless you start making profits on your own.

While this could be quite an old school, but personally it works for me. So I’ve no doubt that it will also be effective for other determined beginner traders.

Learning how to trade from scratch using YouTube is not good enough because most of these influencers are only interested in posting videos that will generate more money for them without touching the deep of trading and how many newbies can assimilate as strange learners. There are thousands of videos about trading on YouTube and if you start to search for these videos, watching them can be very discouraging because they will be hitting each other causing confusion. It is better you follow a good trader so you can learn their strategies and how they make money from the market. Although majority will not tell you there real secret of becoming a profitable trader, not until you subscribe to their paid VIP classes and thus can be very expensive.
