I think Febrigas is the perfect one for this Milan side if they want to leave Como sign him directly . They are fully deserved for Milan job they did incredible job at Como. I am expecting the same for Milan the only hope for Milan to be change and count him in europe.
There's a problem that's both small and big at the same time: Milan's coach. He has to be the right fit for the club's style. It's difficult to find a good coach these days; every coach has their own style and wants to impose it. If they do, the style of play changes. The problem is knowing how to choose them. Milan's downfall wasn't just bad luck; it was a lack of strategy. They have good players, but the blame falls on a coach who isn't up to the task. This is a difficult situation.

I agree with you that lack of strategy is among the main reason for their downfall because they started the season really well and have quality players that should have helped the team to finish second or even compete for the title because they were very good in the beginning of the season, but lack of strategy form the coach and also injury and fatigue also affected them. Furthermore, I don’t used to blame only coaches these days, I also blame players for some action because I see no reason why they can’t try as much as they can to help the team score their champions league spot by winning their last match of the season, the coach did his best, but the players didn’t show passion, and that’s why so many of them will leave the club after world cup.

Allegri was the type of manager they should have kept. I do not think that they fired him for "not being successful" because he did improve the team compared to last season. I think he was fired for not listening to the club heads, the owners and so forth, they disliked him and fired him as soon as they got the chance.
They probably wanted to fire him even earlier, but he did alright with the team all the way until the end. If they won their games on the last month, they would have been as high as second place, so he was doing good. Only reason they fired him so late was because he did great up until the last month. Him staying at this club for a few more years, could have made this team better long term.
THIS! I have said this before, and I will be adamant to support Allegri. Yes they had a trouble by the end, but he took that team from 8th place to second place for most of the season, just because he had ab ad ending to he season, they shouldn't have fired him. He could have brought them even higher and higher given enough time. The fact that they did not have enough time to give him, and they just fired him makes no sense to me. Who are they going to get that would be a better manager than Allegri?

In reality, it’s not that the Milan players aren’t giving their all, rather, their quality simply isn’t above average. Furthermore, the Milan squad lacks depth, making it difficult for the team to maintain consistent performance. It’s as if Milan ran out of gas toward the end of the season, ultimately failing to qualify for the Champions League. Next season, Milan’s management must sign better players and sell some underperforming players to ensure consistent performance throughout the season. Because if the squad is filled with players of average quality, it will be very difficult for Milan to compete for the title. and even to compete for a spot in the top four.

I think what Allegri will do the most next season is to take 2nd place again. I mean if Inter manages to keep their squad this strong this summer too then good luck to the rest of the teams! Because Chivu's team would dominate the league once again probably. They've just lost Dumfries to Real Madrid but I guess they'd fill his place with a good right-back.

Keep the managers who are truly worth their salt and sack those who haven’t delivered results; then keep the good players and get rid of those who haven’t performed as expected (and Milan has plenty of them in the squad); and finally, a manager with a strong character – they need a real iron fist.

The thing he definitely shouldn't do is change his coach every 2 months. and he must buy GOOD and YOUNG players, it's useless to buy 60 year old but good players we need people who run for goodness sake Modric is perhaps the best of Milan, and therefore you can well understand the disastrous situation of Milan from this..

I couldn't agree any less but based on the fact that Milan is a traditional Italian club side and not an emerging club like Como it might be difficult for the Milan board to contemplate bringing in a manager like Cesc Fabregas who has only managed a small club Como who haven't played on the big stages like the UCL or the Europa league, that doesn't mean he isn't capable of handling such a club but elite Italian club's often employ coaches with vast experience and certain age limits.

Iraola is already booked by Liverpool. It's impossible for Milan to sign him as a new manager when he gets an offer from a big club in EPL that is also playing in UCL. It makes Pochettino to be a rational candidate that can be signed by Milan. Yet, if Milan is smart enough, they shall have targeted Glasner as their new coach. Honestly, Glasner was underrated coach. He helped Palace to win some trophies. It's a sense reason to bring him to the Italy.
Milan must first understand what he wants to do with his life If he wants to play properly he has to stop changing coaches at random. He needs to buy decent players. It's okay to have a pensioner like Modric, but do you really think a team can aim high like this? Allegri had done miracles with what he had I think the sack of Allegri explained it well if they wants a team that is not playing passively. So they're in the right way by looking for a new proper coach to manage their squad. That's why i was hoping them to consider Glasner, which is not a random coach. Before they decide to buy a decent player, they have to sign a proper coach who knows what's gonna be build. I'd agree Allegri did it pretty well with mid level squad, but it's not enough. A big team must have a big target. so they have to build their team better in order to qualify for UCL next season.

Not only signing the right coach for themselves will be enough of course. Milan doesn't have a great squad right now. It's just far away from their really strong times! I don't know how much debt they are in now. But they need to allocate a really good budget for transfers this summer. Leao is also leaving so his place will be needed to be filled nicely also.

so at least I'm not the only one who thinks that the good Max Allegri didn't do such a bad job I consider him one of those who works without ever complaining and working with the little material he has (obviously he asks for players who don't arrive on time, like at Juventus) Another one who works with what he has is Gasperini, who is working his tail off at Roma

For example Conte and Allegri have similar achievements. However as far as I know Conte's training and strategies are much stricter. I have heard about KDB complaining about Conte and his pleasure of seeing him leave. Therefore Allegri looks like a more acceptable coach for players. But he didn't have a really good squad in his hands this season. This was what he could do the most with this team. I think he will have a better placement with Napoli.
