Yes, you can lose your Bitcoin if you are too hasty in responding, this is definitely not only happening to Trezor as a cold wallet, other cold wallets must also get the same attack and try to trick all of us who have it.
If you are not careful, it is not only the right of the cold wallet but any wallet can make us lose bitcoin for some reason so you need to know the exact steps so that this problem does not happen to us. Various methods are used by irresponsible people and if the understanding of bitcoin holders is not good, it is easier to infiltrate.

So if you get any email from any party asking for a code or seed phrase from you, never share it, be it from a cold wallet or Hot wallet issuing company, beginners who enter this industry are much more easily fooled, so I suggest you be careful.
Although I have never experienced this case, the method used seems to be common on several social media. Phishing attacks that rely on sending codes to emails are the weakest fraud attempts and are generally easy for perpetrators to do because they sometimes have minimal knowledge about security measures for users. This is a lesson especially for beginners, so that if fraud occurs with a concept like this, they already have an idea of what to do.

This is a lesson especially for beginners, so that if fraud occurs with a concept like this, they already have an idea of what to do.

For newbies, it's mostly the general knowledge and quick thinking abilities that can save them from various scams they might face in the online world, because they usually tend to have less knowledge about things, so they would barely be able to identify if something is correct or not, but if they have a good general knowledge, they would know things that are too good to be true, and scammers usually use this tactic to trick newbies because most newbies believe nothing is too good to be true when it comes to cryptocurrencies because they've heard stories and whatnot.

Someone who might not have a lot of knowledge about the industry, but is generally smart, would understand that something is fishy if they are either contacted by a stranger and offered an opportunity to make a good amount of money very quickly, or if they encounter a website that provides investments opportunities with unreal returns of investment that too in a short period. If you aren't smart enough, you will most probably fall for it at least for once, and then you will realize and understand such things are not true.

2FA is good for securing accounts but there are multiple 2FA options like receiving the code in SMS, email and 2FA application. The SMS and email methods are very weak and unsafe. Even you can turn on 2FA for your email address, it is still unsafe than choosing 2FA application for your account 2FA.

SMS can be hacked by Sim port attacks, and email inbox can be hacked too.

With 2FA applications, choose open source ones for using such as Aegis.

First thing to identify possible scam is when the offer that is presented seems to good to real then just know that it's not real at all, although most times newbie and not too experience fellow tend to subject themselves to big dreams and taught that it's that easy and possible to make such easy money but the world doesn't work that way and there is no short cut to any of the financial free life that we keep dreaming of, if you have that basic knowledge at the back of mind you might save yourself from simple attacks.

Staying vigilant is the best way to protect our assets, because scammers create convincing messages that look legitimate and target newbies and those who mistakenly view the cryptocurrency space as a get rich quick scheme. The truth is that no legitimate crypto service will ask for your private key or seed phrase, but many people fall for these scams, and if scammers manage to obtain this informations, they will eventually cause you to lose your funds because not your keys not you coins, and anything that looks too good to be true is probably a scam. Newbies should always conduct research and keep updated, because scammers constantly develop new scam projects to defraud people.

Remember that wallet companies will never ask for your personal information. And they will not give you any email where the code will be. So think wisely about how to protect your wallet more. Nowadays, there are so many scammers everywhere that people are confused about who to trust and who not to trust. So do not face any such risk. And do not tell anyone about your personal wallet or anything. The possibility of hacking is very high in cryptocurrency now. You can also fall into the trap of a scammer at any time. So continue to invest carefully. And always keep your eyes and ears open and take every step of the way. And use your wallet in such a way that no one can ever plan.

Unfortunately many people don't know the real importance of their private keys, when someone from the wallet company tell them to surrender their keys they listen, I don't know what to say than let them feel the pain, they will understand better next time.

If you bought your hardware wallet from ledger it doesn't mean you can share your private keys with ledger, remember that the screenshot OP shared stated that the email was legit but comes with phishing link? Thats it.

A stupid person will probably think that, since it comes from ledger official email address then its genuine, what if its an inside job or an hijacked email account? You have no business with the hardware wallet company anymore after purchase.

No one have the right to ask for your private key, its called private because it should be yours only.

Well I can't say for all though, but someone who is elite in the crypto space and understands how important their keys are, they won't be so stupid in sharing it to an email no matter where it's coming from.. the phishing scheme is becoming something else especially with emails.. fact is a good number of people still falls victims to this and the best way to prevent this from happening is to let them know that such things actually exist. I'm happy that trezor shared this as well..it shows how reputable they are and would be in the future....
The most important thing is to secure our seed phrase because securing it properly it will lead to missing of our coins if is not well documented or kept, those people who save their seed phrase on email is not secret wise, because email can be hacked through your system and someone can misplaced his system and your email is here, if the person that bought the system wants to access thing you have through your email the can have the accessibility to every of your documents that linked with the email, so that's why is not good to save seed phrase in email, the proper place to save seed phrase is to write out and document it where they will not be a second party, so doing that, your served from losing your coins in your wallet.

I'm always glad to see anytime i come across any thread that is so lucrative and very helpful not only for beginners but everyone that has not experienced the ways scammers can eventually hack your Bitcoin wallet without you knowing that you are giving out your Bitcoin wallet information to scammers. It is always advise to any one that, it  is a good idea to ask questions were it is confusing and don't practice what you don't understand in Bitcoin because if you do, there is every tendance that you meant lose Bitcoin.

Cases are very common in the crypto world. Although many have fallen victim, it's likely that more such scams will occur in the future. Moreover, as technology continues to develop and grow rapidly, lazy or careless beginners always fall victim. Not only beginners, but even those who have been involved in the crypto world for a long time sometimes fall victim to these phishing schemes.

Because phishing perpetrators are increasingly creative, they are always updating their methods to lure victims. I used to receive emails from everywhere, but I didn't open them. Even though there were emails that appeared to be from companies, I still didn't open them carelessly. To avoid phishing, never click on any email, even official ones, and it's best to delete them immediately. Unless you're using the email to verify your email address or something else, you'll just click on incoming emails. If you don't use email, I never open or click on anything. In essence, crypto is very susceptible to phishing, so you must be careful in securing your assets, especially your wallet.

You have to be a little careful, then it will not be easy to hack you. Because what we see in the video is not true. We see in the video that 1 click and the site's mobile or laptop is hacked. In real life, it is not that easy. If you are a little careful, then you can be very safe. For example, never click on any unknown link, never enter someone's invitation link without checking it. Hackers first try to hack you with all these aspects. For example, they will first give you a link and then if you click or login, then you may be a victim of hacking.

The most important thing is to secure our seed phrase because securing it properly it will lead to missing of our coins if is not well documented or kept, those people who save their seed phrase on email is not secret wise, because email can be hacked through your system and someone can misplaced his system and your email is here
If you are planning to invest in bitcoin, the first thing which you are suppose to learn is how to protect your coin, you should know the best wallet which you are going to be using, and how to secure your seed phrase, if you don’t learn how to secure your coin, then you might end up losing your coin at the end, so to avoid that, we shouldn’t joke with our security.

If you think the best place to secure your seed phrase is your email, then you are wrong, if your seed phrase is stored in your email, then that means you didn’t secure it, because people can easily have access to it. If your email is compromised, then the person can have access to your seed phrase, and everything in your wallet is gone.

You might give someone your phone, the person might decide to check your email to see things you have in them, the person might see your seed phrase, and might just decide to steal from you, so if you are storing your seed phrase, then it should be completely offline.

So if you get any email from any party asking for a code or seed phrase from you, never share it, be it from a cold wallet or Hot wallet issuing company, beginners who enter this industry are much more easily fooled, so I suggest you be careful.

What do you mean by saying that beginners who enter this industry are much more easily fooled? Only the beginners are fooled by this, because you can't be someone who knows anyone can access your wallet if they have its backup or seed phrase, and still give it to someone if they ask about it, even if they pretend to be from the support of the wallet software you are using. Why would the support ask for your wallet backup or seed phrase in the first place? Someone being a newbie but with common sense should know this is a scam, but we all know so many people are too naive when it comes to technology, and unfortunately, they get into this industry while having not enough knowledge about it.

There was a story where a human made friends with a bear, and they were very good with each other. One day, when the human was sleeping while the bear was sitting beside him, a fly sat on the human's face, and the bear saw it. Out of love and to try and protect him, the bear slapped him very hard on the face to kill the fly, only to realize that he had killed the human with that heavy slap. The bear didn't intend to kill him, but he didn't have enough sense to know that, and same is the situation of newbies without knowledge.

Even if the email is from the official wallet owners I can't be that stupid to share my phrase with them, my phrase is personal and its something which I should treat as such, most of such scam attempt emails are always successful when they meet those who are a bit less security conscious or are always in a hurry to attend to what they believe its real… the rule is never share your phrase no matter who asked for it.

Bitcoiners have gotten more than enough awareness that it is beginning to sound awkward to me when people fall for some kinds of scams that are very easy to avoid. By now, everyone should know it as a common knowledge that you don't disclose your seedphrase under any circumstances to anyone. You can't even save it as a screenshot in your phone. I don't even want to believe that some of these victims are hypnotised into giving out private information. Whatever the case may be, they should always seek a second opinion from trusted sources if they are confused about anything relating to their Bitcoins

Remember that wallet companies will never ask for your personal information. And they will not give you any email where the code will be. So think wisely about how to protect your wallet more. Nowadays, there are so many scammers everywhere that people are confused about who to trust and who not to trust. So do not face any such risk.
The wallet teams don't have any business by sending you email messages to tell you to send them your code, than to warn their customers not to listen to any scammers that will request for their wallets code. I think people have learned from this information, that will make those who have not experience or see such email message before to be aware on how scammers operate by using email messages to scam users, Since I started spending more time in this forum to know how to make my seeds phrase safe and protected, i don't think i will be deceive by scammers because I'm not a type of person that is looking for short cut to make millions.
