What is the update of the case? Is it resolved or it is still in process? Of it is stillin progress then betteremail them or contact with the forum representative. For beinv late i think it hashappened as there is sonethibg wrong and they are not able to find out the reason too fast.
He actually made
an update the very next day after creating this scam accusation stating that his issue was resolved.
The "review" of OP's account and KYC documents took about 2 weeks, but he kept asking them almost daily to have his issue resolved. Glad that the issue waqs worked on though it took a little long.
