Level 1 is the basic registration information, as soon as you make an account you are level 1.
You are only required to provide ID and documents if your account gets flagged.
Deposits and Withdrawals are enabled for Level 1.
As long as no coinmixing occurs or you do not violate our ToS, you will not get flagged.

Welcome mate, good to see you here, and I must commend you for coming here to make your casino known to the community. I had to check for myself your casino and how things work out there. Your minimum deposit is quite alright for a game, although your casino is still under development, but I think you should have a live online support to attend to potential clients because that alone would show that you are very serious about your business and it would go a long way to convince them that you can handle things very well when you are fully operational.
I tried looking for your ToS, and I noticed it could only be downloaded, which I think many would not be comfortable with. Many casinos out there have their ToS accessible without any need to download it, and yours should not be different; it should be easily accessible without the need to download it.

Do you have a plan to do marketing/promotion here?

Hello, yes we do indeed have Live Support available.
The ToS is located within the Help Center and can be viewed after downloading.

I already know where the ToS is located, but my suggestion is that you should try make it easily readable rather than requiring one to download it before reading as gamblers would not want to waste much time out there looking for where to download ToS before they could read it when there are other casinos out there that they could just scan through and read before they register instead of downloading before reading.  The market is highly competitive, so you should know that such would make gamers not waste their time downloading ToS when they can just read through, and besides, not everybody is comfortable these days downloading stuff from websites anymore just to avoid issues with malware infiltrating their gadgets.

When a member puts in a deposit request, and completes the deposit, admins are notified right away to confirm, and then process the deposit directly to that user. (Usually 2 minutes or less)
We have not had any issues with deposits or withdrawals with the current system and plan to keep it like this.

It seems that they use a single address to process deposits, which means that all players use the same deposit address.
Out of my curiosity after reading your previous post, I decided to create 2 new accounts to check and I'm surprised that the deposit address for both accounts is the same.
This is the first time I know a casino with this kind of system, I'm wondering how if there are many users try to deposit at the same time?
I think it will create a problem later because I have no idea how they will credit the deposit to correct user if there are many deposits at the same time.
