In my region, salary lotteries are very popular in many workplaces. I don't know what's the exact English term for his but we call it that name.
Is the salary lottery valid in the country of Konoha, to be honest, this is the first time I have heard that salaries are paid by lottery, even though different people get the lottery every month, but for me it is a joke that I have never seen.

In general, salaries are paid every month, generally to the employees, without a lottery, I think it's a strange company, let's say A and D get salaries in this month's lottery draw, next month there will be another salary for S and B, what about the fate of C and so on, of course he has to wait inthe following month.

In my opinion, this way of paying salaries to company employees is ridiculous and unreasonable, pity those who get their last salary in the following months, it's a bad idea and my country has never done something like that.

In my region, salary lotteries are very popular in many workplaces. I don't know what's the exact English term for his but we call it that name. The purpose of salary lottery is that 5-6 employees collect together and they play lottery. The first winner gets the salary of every worker, in the next months the second winner gets everyone's salary and that's it. There isn't a random winner, everyone gets their salary back but the fate of who is the first person to receive the salary is decided via a simple coin flip.

For example, imagine that there are 6 people and salary of each person is $1000. They determine via coin flip who is the 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th. First gets $6000 in the end of the month, in the next month, the second gets $6000 and in 6th month, the 6th person gets $6000. You may ask me how do they live for 6 months without a salary? Family members take care of them. Too many people work for fun because sitting at home is boring for them but they don't have enough money to have fun too.

It sounds like a rubbish idea for cultures that are incapable of proper financial planning. You are introducing risk to your financial future that involves 6+ people in that scenario when I would barely trust 1 or 2 people at work to actually have their shit together, but even then you never know what the next day will bring - what happens when the business decides to cut back staff and suddenly a couple people vanish. What happens when the first person wins, takes the $6k and already has a plan to start a new job elsewhere. You have so little leverage to get your money back in this scenario you are just setting yourself up for failure and fraud, it's a terribly bad idea - if you want something then save up for it, don't get in some twisted game of debt to achieve it.
I also think so, honestly I can't fully trust someone especially when it comes to money. Because it must have a very big responsibility. And in this case there is a big risk too. Imagine if one of them has to quit because of something, and that person is the first one to receive all the money. Will that person still be responsible? He or she might be responsible at first, but once he or she is out of a job, we never know what he or she is thinking.

In the work environment too, most of the people we know have different backgrounds and we never know exactly how they live. So I'm not interested in this scheme at all.
