Every entrepreneur must have financial intelligence which means they must be able to manage money, understand cash flow, plan for growth and make a budget because money can optimize the business we are running and although money is not included in personal quality but money is the backbone of business.

Fair enough, I just know that there specific traits or qualities as the op puts it, that are mandatory for an entrepreneur to have. Some are Intrinsic attributes while others are extrinsic. They just have to be there if you want to make a longevity successful business. All of these at the end has to do with a clear vision about where you're heading to.

All of these points represent almost everything needed to be a successful entrepreneur. I also want to add a few things like being able to innovate and also having high perseverance. Because based on several experiences in the field, I see that several businesses that are always able to survive in economic conditions that are actually not easy like today are those that have innovations that are truly acceptable to everyone. Which means a combination of innovation and the ability to recognize market needs. because a business basically has to take an idea from something that is still rare or does not yet exist on the market. Meanwhile, people need this. And that is a business opportunity. After that, we develop it. By analyzing and researching well. And make good plans and strategies to carry it out.

And the biggest challenge for entrepreneurs is marketing. Because intense competition sometimes becomes an obstacle to getting regular customers. Or get lots of consumers. Not all people who are afraid of loss/failure are classified as bad - I mean, some of them are afraid because they are not experts in their field. Business ideas that match their abilities and expertise are the most likely to grow - while it is difficult for someone to succeed in building a business that is not in line with their knowledge and interests. That's why someone hesitates to start a new business - even if they have the budget, but if they are risk takers then of course they will try it and never be afraid of failure.

Fear of failure is also experienced by many entrepreneurs who only have low capital and limited resources. They have to maximize their budget in the right place - that means they can only do it seriously on the right business idea. You do not find them much anymore an if you do finding the right people especially when your someone who's come from nothing made a mistake or two in your life an its judged forever by that mistake. Businessmen is those who handle the technical side of things. Logistics, finance, and legal factors are all things that a businessman has to handle. But an entrepreneur is someone who has to be original and creative. He should be the one to make a new idea or take an existing one and make it more special. One will be successful if he is both a good entrepreneur and a good businessman.
