Betpanda.io scam confiscated 400$

I saw the advertisement of betpanda.io and registered. Been a longtime player with stake but i limited my account there in order to control myself.

-Long story short, made a deposit of 265$ to betpanda. Placed few bets on live tennis bets. (thats pretty much the only bet type i play and i loose a lot in general) Balance became 550$. Lost 200-300 on casino. Placed a few greyhound and horse racing bets. After all total balance 400$ (265$ initial deposit) I wanted to withdraw 400$ and dang. Account closed due to ''suspicious betting behaviour'' and of course my funds are confiscated and they are not replying.

I know they won't return the funds and will come with all sorts of ''our terms and conditions'' excuses,

Just posting this so more people become aware of what they are doing and stay away from these scammers.

In order to understand your issue and to give some credibility to your accusation, can you post any screenshots from chats, emails and/or the casino account area?

I am sure you understand that it is possible for any member to create an account in the forum and use it to spread lies and misinformation against any casino for any/every reason imaginable. If you have some evidence that can be posted, it will help others to support your cause and without it, you probably will not receive any help.

bitcointalk user logfiles is promoting this scam casino, there are a lot of negative reviews across the web saying they don't pay winnings, they hold onto your deposits, customer service is nonexistent, etc;

The fact Betpanda have not elaborated on the allegation (and just cited you broke their terms and conditions) and closed your account stating the matter is final, is preposterous. On top of that they contradicted their claim by offering you a way to contest the decision and that is completely unprofessional.

Companies that do not put customer care as a priority cannot be trusted.

It is like you go to a supermarket to buy things. Choose items, go to cashier, pay the money and while you're leaving the store, they stop you and tell you that were suspicious while you were buying the items and you have to give them back, but they won't return your money.

I'll be posting my experience everywhere to make sure they lose more than 400$ that they stole from me.

And i have never played with any other betby providers before up to my knowledge. Learnt about betby after checking this forum. Even if i had played anywhere else which is using betby as odds provider, i'm not on positive balance in any website as a big time loser so they can't accuse me of anything.

I saw a doubles ITF tennis match that 1 side got their service broken twice in first set, so i bet them to get broken twice and hold to their serve once. My 265$ became 600, i placed 1 more bet on same match and lost , my funds became 400$, in the mean time i was also playing in the casino including slots and their originals games (mines,keno). While slots were spinning i placed 3 bets on racing, 2 being greyhounds and 1 from horse racing all from australia, where my final total became 400$. Then i gave a deposit order. And they blocked my account 5 hours later while i was having a pending withdrawal.

What does look suspicious here? That I bet on an ITF match that was being played ? It was early during the day and there was no ATP or WTA tennis matches being played, only ITF matches are there early morning if you follow tennis. What shall i do ? not bet because it may loook suspicious?

PS: I have not taken any bonus and this all happened same day within i opened my account.

Hey, we're in the exact same situation… and unfortunately, we're not alone.

In other case, they didn’t even mention “suspicious leagues” or anything like that — just a vague reference to their anti-fraud policy, without ever explaining what we actually did wrong.

No bonus taken, just a few bets placed — and boom, account blocked and funds confiscated.

yeah saw your post mate, these guys are absolute scam. Where in the world can any bookie confiscate the deposit because ''they feel something is suspicious''. Then just run a casino if you'll block people for taking sportsbets on your site.

same like all other scam posts related to pandabet, there's no update and they just ignore emails. i hope this thread shows up more frequent on google and i'll be posting on reddit as well about these scammers.

The forum is full of scam accusations against one casino or another and many of them are genuine complaints. On many occasions though there is a pattern when the complainant does not give the full story and we only learn about the full facts after the casino posts addressing the accusation.

It is baffling why Betpanda would run a signature campaign in the forum paying thousands of USD$ but would not use the same forum to defend themselves against serious allegations. That level of ignorance or arrogance usually equates to bigger trouble in the future.

Are they implying that I have fixed an ITF men's double tennis match being played in Japan with 4 japanese players and I only placed 100-150$ bets and just won 350$ out of it? How ridiclous this whole thing is mind baffling. They just stole my 400$ and they dont even bother replying.

Regarding the possible suspicious betting pattern, keep that aside for a moment and concentrate on other aspects of possible breach of the rules such as using a VPN or having multiple accounts from the same IP address.

Betpanda don't provide specific reasons for blocking accounts, that's the entire problem.
