So, my contact reached me yesterday night, though I was only with my personal phone yesterday and didn't have any way to validate or invalidate their claim. But today, with my forum device at hand, I can confirm their rebuttal.

Did you not get blocked by the message? Or were you using VPN?

otherwise I'm seriously considering taking legal action against BC.GAME since them keeping my deposits is blatant theft.

Sorry but legal action actually won't do anything, otherwise they wouldn't even do stuff like this with amounts of such low value. They are sitting on a island at the end of the world, they don't really care what's happening. We have seen MUCH bigger cases than yours and still BC stays silent. All you can do is spread awareness, sharing your story and trying to get support wherever you can get. Did you go to askgamblers and/or casinoguru yet?

Yes, I do. I think we're kinda have a verdict of your situation, though I am not sure if what they deliver to me is their final decision or their opinion that's open for discussion.

Basically, I inquired an archive of 2024 ToS from them, the full version, like the one we can see when we visit their ToS page, to see if it did doesn't cover VPN. Their explanation, practically, there's not much they can do if the user used VPN. They've give their best to inform people following the updates of restricted jurisdiction. Not just with a pop-up of "we update our ToS, please check them", they actively restrict access from restricted territory as I simulated above. Suppose the player did not in constant VPN, the player will get this block message, they've give their best to make sure affected region is well informed.

However, for the case of those who constantly masking themselves with VPN, they can't force such information as it's out of their hand. The choice is yours when you choose to be in constant VPN, thus missed.

They are sitting on a island at the end of the world, they don't really care what's happening. We have seen MUCH bigger cases than yours and still BC stays silent. All you can do is spread awareness, sharing your story and trying to get support wherever you can get. Did you go to askgamblers and/or casinoguru yet?

Your case (having funds confiscated for using a VPN) is another case that proves that bc.game will scam for any amount for any reason.

According to security.org, 29% of personal internet users use a VPN. I am sure that statistic is higher when it comes to people who use cryptocurrency, though lets say that is also 29%. That means that an average of 29% of all players who do not read the bc.game TOS will be subject to losing their bitcoin or cryptocurrency if they use bc.game.

This is added on top of the sudden country restriction and common KYC scamming tactic (where users can play and lose, though lose their deposit and winnings if they win and do not comply with excessive KYC requirements, which sometimes people do not want to or can not complete).

As I mentioned earlier, bc.game is a serial scamming operation that finds any reason to lock accounts and balances. A new complaint is made about bc.game almost daily, and there would be many more who are incapable of defending themselves who would lose their funds to them and their tactics, or accept the verdict because they do not know what else they can do. They also have an army of users here who will do and say anything to discredit anyone who points out this fact, and try to hurt credibility of those actively pointing out bc.game's malpractice.

Please stick around on the forum to help raise awareness for the bc.game scam. More public action will be taken against them in the future. The only thing you can do now is fight against them by raising awareness in an effort to end the bc.game scam that has both corrupted members of this forum and gone on for too long.

I am sorry that you lost such a large amount with bc.game. In the future, don't trust any entity that has even a single scam complaint against them. Unfortunately that will be most crypto casinos.

I want to ask for your UID, but that's already shown on your image [you forgot to cover it on the first screenshot]. Do you remember how much fund you have in your account and how much you deposited and withdrawn?

I can't promise you much, but maybe I can get them to get your deposits back. For the winnings and loses, I believe it has to be voided since it'll be considered won and lost from restricted jurisdiction. Hence, maybe, maybe, I can get the deposits back [I'll try to get more if I can], but I'll try to get what remains in your acccount, "legally" [namely the deposit minus the withdrawn, with both wins and loses voided.

Yes! I noticed that I forgot to cover my UID in one of the uploads.

my current account balance is: 4987,9279USDT plus 587USDT in pending bets

I made 2 deposits on 5.14.2025 and 5.25.2025 over 2000,28USDT and 999,96USDT
I made no withdrawals since then.

Same old, so glad I am gone from this crappy site. As a fellow German (even though I am not living there) I can confirm that before the change of license (which happened because a court in Curacao deemed BC to be bankrupt) they definitely accepted Germans, without any problem. Back then I asked the support myself and confirmed it.

thanks for another confirmation! and yes, i never got an email or a pop up that made me accept the new TOS. I was completely oblivious to it up until 2 weeks ago when they suddenly confronted me with it after suspending my withdrawal.


BTW: If anybody has any suggestion for me where I can bet on sports with crypto as a German without getting into such troubles I would greatly appreciate it!
Bitcoin-Betting.com is the only one that I know. They are one of the only ones with no KYC and VPN allowed.

Given the newest developments I hope I don't have to, but even if I have to contact them I don't think they would care nor be able to do anything...

My contact is working on it and I'll have to leave for IRL matters. But they assured me that [if] once opened, you should be good for the next 24 hours, perhaps even 48. I'll nudge you once my contact reach me with the news of your account, but I'll only be back to the forum in 6 hours or so.
