Why not you talk about your project a bit here if people would be interested of joining you if it has good concept. Then talking about the marketing I wouldn't mind referring you to little Mouse to handle the marketing side provided you are real and have good intentions for the community.
You can track all the project managed by Little mouse here and if you don't mind you can slide to his DM discuss more with him maybe who knows he may put you through in some areas you are lacking knowledge about marketing and promotions.

The cryptocurrency space is vast, so you need to explain the concept of the project you're working on. There are memes, DeFi, and AI, and it’s unclear why there’s a qualification for how long an applicant should have been in crypto.
Shouldn’t you look for credentials and skill sets as the primary qualifications?
You should be specific about what you’re looking for and the type of coins they will receive. They should be tradeable coins or tokens, because you are paying for their skill, unless you want them to be part of the team, not just freelance workers.

It's kind of related, but I'm not giving out bitcoins :-) The project has a different coin with a cap of 210M.

You have to give us a glimpse, so people here will know if the coin has potential in the market, and if they are willing to receive your coins. 2011 is now very different; the landscape has changed dramatically. In the olden days, you just created a coin, and everyone would come.
You know how easy it is to create a coin or token; you can generate a token for a small fee without coding knowledge, so better tell us what new it will contribute to the community.

I'm also not a fan of using DM to inquire for more info tbh. Just having a general outlook will help us get a clear picture of what kind of jobs we're dealing with. I don't think DM is necessary for that. If anything, it can be a turn-off considering how many scammers are doing that thing in this forum. Not to mention OP is trying to pay with coins that aren't yet tradable on the market.

It would have been more better you share what the project is all about first before telling people to DM you if they are interested, how will someone be interested in something he or she don't know about, I don't think this approach is professional.
We have a lot of people in this forum and some set of people are scammers, they are just looking for opportunities to scam people so you need to be very careful too, since you didn't give a good explanation about the project you just talked about, believe me reputable members in this forum won't be interested.
The right thing for you to do now is post about the project give a very good and understandable explanation about the project and then request anyone who is interested to DM for forward discussion of reward.

Lastly concerning the marketing of this your project I don't know if you want to run a bounty campaign or a signature campaign, so you need to know the kind of marketing you wish to run or advert you want to run when you decide you look for a manager that will help you run it.

Actually the AI was working great at the beginning. After it got to be about 2 to 3 thousand lines of codes, the AIs started getting confused; Now we are around 20K lines. They are still good for well defined tasks like writing a specific function.

I believe that code lacks modularity and eventually came out as a spaghetti 

That is why focus on efficiency and modularity especially when working with AIs with limited memory.

Of course, I know this. I've tried it myself. I have moderate programming experience and have experimented with creating some programs with AI. The results were great, but they were full of errors that the programmer must correct or at least know how to get the AI to correct them.
Therefore, it's not an easy task at the moment. Perhaps in the future, we will have AI that writes perfect, error-free programs.
