I posted a stupid ass letter from a stupid ass university where the letter talks a whole bunch of stupid shit because that is what people at universities do.

HISPO DOUBTS THE VERACITY OF THE LETTER WITHOUT ANY EVIDENCE WHATSOEVER BECAUSE HISPO IS PSYCHOTIC. HISPO IS ALSO WAY TO PSYCHOTIC TO TELL THAT THE LETTER IS FUCKED UP BECAUSE DISCUSSION ABOUT THE SECOND AMENDMENT HAS NO PLACE IN A DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS CLASS, AND IF A STUDENT IS MAKING VIOLENT THREATS AGAINST ME IN A DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS CLASS, THEN ANY MENTION OF THE SECOND AMENDMENT IN THE LETTER JUST MEANS THAT PEOPLE WANT TO SHOOT ME. Also, is that letter you are sharing here even real? And if so, why would you even share something as personal as that letter here on the forum? This does not have anything to do with politics and society, this is rather s very personal issue which has no place as public information.

Also, I don't know why they mention the first amendment of the United States constitution in that letter. Perhaps, the student wanted to say something which was not suitable for the class and you pointed it out?

Dear Mr. Van Name: This is in response to your letter written to Governor Hochul dated April 15. 2023, stating that you were a professor at the City University of New York ("CUNY™) and that during your time on campus, you reported two separate incidents alleging student misconduct. We understand that you last taught at The City College of New York (CCNY) in December 2020 and that both of these incident reports were filed during your employment at City College. CCNY has conducted a search of our records and we have not found any records of a student engaging in violence against you. We do have two reports, handled by our Public Safety and Student Affairs Offices. that we show as closed. One case is specific to a student who, as someone with English as their second language, misinterpreted the First Amendment and Second Amendment during a discussion with you. We do not need a forum jail for something like this because it is good that he come to say what is on his mind and he will get the best response. Where I will like forum jail is lending discussion and those that are coming to post scam sites on the service discussion board. Everyone should be able to post on reputation board. I have news for you buddy, just because you have a PhD doesn't make you smart.  In fact, it's been my experience that the exact opposite is true.  I've seen countless STEM PhDs get hired by companies I've worked for, and 90% of them end up in management.  You know why?  Because they're less of a liability in management.  A role in which they can't fuck up royally and cost the company millions in setbacks.  A PhD is for double-digit-IQ mid-wits who can't make it in the world without a sheepskin.  The rest of us out working, making money instead of paying for our own indoctrination.

It's painfully obvious that this person is either trolling all of us or they have serious mental issues. We(including me) are just adding fuel to the fire by even replying to any of his threads. It's not going to make him stop. The only thing that makes him stop is noone replying when they make new threads. We all know the person that the OP is referring to is not psychotic. I don't even know why Hispo would waste his valuable time responding to this troll. I am not replying to OP, but writing in general. This guy has been around for a while, and he is known troll. It's not like he suddenly appeared, and we have to spend some time to understand if he is really trolling or if he is serious. It is already known that this guy is a troll and he is wasting everyones time.

I would recommend everyone to ignore this bullshit and move forward. The more we respond to them, the more drama they would create. The forum rules are out dated and the moderators do not ban people for trolling anymore.
