If we take out too many loans just to gamble, it's very difficult to enjoy the winnings. The goal of winning is no longer to benefit ourselves, but to find a way to cover or pay off existing loans. This is a gambling error, as I personally would place bets that were not beyond my means. Therefore, we must be wiser in placing bets & be able to limit ourselves so that the winnings can be felt & enjoyed, rather than being a source of frustrating mental stress.

If you have to take out loans to play and have fun, there's some underlying problem, it means that for you it's not a game but an obsession and this never leads to good things.
It can easily become a sort of addiction, gambling addiction, in fact if you ask for loans I think it already is

I think I would also be too much excited from winning and emotions wont easily let me go to sleep. If I keep on winning, I dont know what would make me stop except being exhausted. Greed would keep me playing, planning of how I am going to spend money will keep me awake, because brain will be busy all the time. If I keep on winning none stop, and if there will be a chance, I would replace myself with someone (family member), and try to get rest, to return later. And I think everyone would do that.

If you cannot control your emotions when it comes to knowing when to stop you might actually have a problem. This is normal and everyone deals with it but you must learn to be disciplined. Your emotions shouldn't dictate or control your decisions, if gambling is affecting your sleep then that is wrong. It is not possible to win non stop, the more you keep trying to get more profit you might be close to incurring losses

I agree that when you lose, you think about winning back, but when I win, I'm calm and in a great mood, and I fall asleep much easier than when I'm losing. When I win, I can look at the upcoming matches that will be played throughout the week to pre-select a few matches I'd like to bet on, but I don't spend a lot of time on this just a couple of minutes and that's enough. And to avoid thinking about anything negative, you should only play with money you don't mind losing, otherwise losses will be difficult.

Great to hear that you can fell sound sleep if you are a winer. But If I win it make me more addiced on ngambling and I cant sleep without being too much tired. Yes that is true, winning sometimes can make someone start behaving abnormal because of the utmost excitement in it, that's why when ever you are at your winnings streak it very important you are able to control your emotions because any slight unusual decision can turn your joy into nightmares.

I don't think it necessarily means they are addicted. I know it from my own experience - after a big win you can't fall asleep because you are are so excited. It's not a good thing, I must say. We need 8 hours of sleep to function properly during the day. My advice: take some sleeping pills 30 mins before going to bed. Winning is a good thing, so, let's keep it that way, let's not turn it into something negative.

Gambling doesn't just harm our financial stability but also our mental health if we can't control ourselves. Poor gambling management will simply lead to addiction, and it will ruin our entire lives. I don't remember my first win. Although I've had big wins, I don't think it was my first, especially since I'm a forgetful person. I did win big, and I felt the same way you do. I couldn't believe it, because I could win a large amount of money just by sitting and looking at my phone. But it happened because luck was on my side, and it's on your side too.

In my case, it has happened many times, when I have lost, I have lost sleep, I have not slept properly for about 5/7 days. I think that success excites us more than the peace it gives us.
