On which prediction markets can I place bets that the Bitcoin price will touch a specific level within a given timeframe?

I'm looking to use this as a hedge alongside a futures position - placing a bet at the same level as my liquidation price, so that if I get liquidated, I can recover some of the loss through the winning bet.

I haven’t seen many places where you can specifically bet that Bitcoin will touch a certain price within a set timeframe. Most platforms let you bet on the price at expiration or yes/no outcomes, but not “touch” bets.

For what you want, the best tool is usually Bitcoin options.You can buy an option near your liquidation price, and if the price hits that level, the option can help cover some losses.

So, pure “touch” bets are rare, but options are a solid way to hedge.

I am not 100% sure but try polymarket, they have a pretty wide variety of predicton options(politics, war, sports, tech, crypto, etc..), you might find what you are looking for there.

Why not just use options? That's what most people use to hedge futures and that's what matches your description. No need to reinvent the wheel.

There is a future on Rollbit that allows that, it gives you the option to place bet on either the market would go down towards the bears or up towards the bulls. I think that’s what you are looking for and yeah, you can set the multiplier that would apply when the market moves towards your predicted direction.

Polymarkets was suggested, but it might not give you what you are looking for. There is another budding platform, thalesmarket.io/markets. Please do some reading and explore it before you actually use it. You might end up finding some features you like or don't like, but it's worth checking out.

There are three major platforms I know of where users can bet on the price of Bitcoin and some other major cryptocurrencies as well.
The first being polymarket which I believe has been mentioned before, they have a major market on betting on future price of Bitcoin and some other crypto assets, though I've never tried them myself, I have friends who have tried the platform and said it's good.

Another is Rollbit casino, one of the giants in price prediction. This market on this casino usually get a lot of patronage, shows that indeed the casino is offering a very good price prediction betting service.

Last I know is freebitco, I shouldnt have mentioned this casino but learnt that there have been some major improvement with the casino's services lately, it's also one of the platforms for bitcoin and other cryptocurrency future price prediction even though the site have gone through some major challenges in recents times..

I can also suggest him to just look there. If it's more about the predictions and the price of Bitcoin on specific dates, it's the go to place of most of the predictors while having some futures trade to hedge for on the order. Good luck in doing that OP, it's totally risky but you sure do know what you're doing.

I just have a suggestion for your current post that is found on the first page, I think it would be better if the picture could direct the user to

this reminds to me a "binary option". You are betting that the price would be at a certain range after some time.
Sometimes these sites are not clear on how they decide the outcomes of a trade (likewise a mix of values from many exchanges).
This could create issues in your bet!
the idea itself sounds easy but at a certain point its more gambling than trading... this is why I would suggest just to use/create your strategy directly on an exchange...

Yes, if you are using leverage for future trading or you are trading those volatile coins. Aside that, future trading is far better if you like to risk little. You may be losing in futures and still think that the market will reverse, unlike the prediction futures which is the binary option that if you lose, that is it, no thinking that the market will reverse because it is already a loss.

Checking on these sites, polymath and futuur for future predictions of Bitcoin and futures derivative on exchange won't really that match the timeframe settings I think so.

For example, if future trading sticks to some certain timeframe of Bitcoin price, will future gambling platforms stick to the same elapsing timeframe with future trading also, or you be the one to set the timeframe on future trading to match the ones on future gambling platforms?
