It's probably easiest to exchange some other crypto for Monero. If you don't have that, see if there's a Bitcoin ATM nearby that doesn't ask for KYC.

You can try Trevoid's swap service. I didn't do any trade/swap with him or use his service, but until now, it seems good and reliable and is "up and running" without any problems.😉
