OP I sure heard about Bitcoin before you. I scanned through an article that mentioned Bitcoin in 2011 but didn't care to take a closer look. I later heard about it again several years later, when someone was promoting a Bitcoin-based ponzi, even then I didn't invest. I wonder what happened to all those Bitcoin ponzi of past years. These things happen. I think it takes finding the Bitcoin forum to know that it's worth putting funds in Bitcoin because this forum and a few others actively promote the digital currency. Who knows what folks who find out about and invest in Bitcoin in the next 7 years would say about people who knew about it in 2026?

When I first heard about Bitcoin, I was as young as 16 years old. I didn't know what the aim of Bitcoin was then but I bought. I lost it to a centralised platform. It very little I bought then. This was like in 2017. A year after I heard about Bitcoin. Which I read more about it then. But I was too young and felt maybe it's a fun thing. Even that little one I bought, how I wish it was a decentralised platform. I would still have seen gains in it. It's all good. We learn everyday.
